Builder spent a lot of time and money perfecting the layout of the homes. The home we picked (The ClubView) has a fantastic layout as do the others. Gathering Room, Kitchen, and Cafe are superbly integrated for comfortable living and easy entertaining. We can't wait to throw some parties. The bedrooms are all out of the way for privacy, peace and quiet.

DiVosta offered excellent home choices in the Islandwalk property. And the communication with the various teams was very consistent - from sales all the way through to the quality team at the completion of the build. I'd highly recommend.

Our Super in charge of the build, Bill, was outstanding. Took care of any issue that arose and kept us informed of everything going on which meant a lot since we are out of state during the build

Lisa was fabulous with helping us decide that Veranda was the neighborhood we wanted to build in! She took her time to sit down with us and discuss the design options which we did not get from other neighborhood builders! Vanessa at pgp title was very accommodating when it came to my mom being our realtor and providing us with specific closing requests. We are so happy with our home

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of construction and loved the built in features for pest control and attention to detail to minimize maintenance for the future. Our site manager did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the build process and explained in detail all the construction details

We did the entire buying process virtually, due to travel restrictions with covid. Communication was very good throughout. It helped to have a friend in the community, who sent us weekly pictures of our home, as it was being built. Very happy at Islandwalk!
