We recently completed a home build with Drees, and overall it was a very positive experience. Building a home—especially from the ground up—is a complex process, and Drees provided a strong framework and team to guide us through each stage. From the beginning, their design process was well organized and allowed us to customize the home in a way that truly fits how our family lives. The quality of construction and attention to detail, particularly in the finishes and structural components, were solid and met our expectations for a high-quality build. Communication throughout the process was generally strong. Our builder was responsive and worked to address questions and concerns as they came up, which is critical during a project of this scope. Like any construction project, there were a few items along the way that required follow-up, but Drees was willing to work through those and ensure they were resolved appropriately. Post-construction, they have continued to be engaged in addressing punch list items and making sure everything is completed properly, which we’ve appreciated. Drees really builds a beautiful, and high-quality home! This home was already built, so we did not have input on design choices; and Tara and Jako are amazingly responsive to every question we've had. This has brought such peace-of-mind!

Had a great experience buying our latest home from Drees. It was intended as a inventory home and we came into the picture when the house was almost done. Drees team did everything they can to make as many changes as possible. We are extremely happy. There could have been some changes to the plan but since we were not involved from day 1 this is understandable.

The sale process was smooth - the salesperson knew the product and helped with picking out colors and features. I was informed weekly during the construction phase, with pictures and descriptions. final walkthrough and closing were efficient.

This is my 12th home, 7th new build, and by far the best quality and experience with a builder!

Drees Homes was great to work with. They are a quality builder. They have great people and systems. They have many options for upgrades to finish your house the way you want. For the minor issues we had they have been responsive and taken care of them quickly. We would do business with them again.

Excellent experience from first meeting with sales through closing.

From the sale phase all the way to the moving / inspection my experience with Drees was fantastic. Great communication during construction and all our comments were addressed immediately. The quality of the materials and finishes are also superb. I would definitely recommend Drees to any one !

From the start of our home building process to the closing on our new home everything was excellent! We received weekly emails and updates during the construction which was nice because we were not local at the time. Our general contractor Greg was hands-down amazing. He was always there to answer any questions we had, was quick to fix anything that we saw or that came up when we had our private inspection. Even after closing, Greg still checks in on us to make sure we have had no problems and we are satisfied with our new home. The house build was chaotic but in the end it was all realized. Shauna and Reid really stepped up and helped us address all the little things that the home needed addressing after closing. We are grateful to have a positive experience. We are even more grateful that Shauna and Reid were true to their word on helping us with the issues after closing. It’s very far from the experience that I’ve had with previous builders. I have nothing but good things to say about the performance from Reid and Shauna.

The Drees team in Austin did a great job start to finish. From initial consultation through customization, choosing deco options, and construction, the communication and responsiveness was excellent. The builder / superintendent was the best we’ve ever worked with having built multiple homes over the years.

The deciding and buying process was very easy with Donna. Tyler, who was over the construction, made sure any small issues were addressed before we moved in and he finished weeks ahead of schedule. We cannot say enough about the great experience we had due to their efforts.

From start to finish, we had a positive experience. Sales and construction managers were responsive and kept us informed at all points in the process. Overall, the quality of the home feels solid. We haven't had any issues upon move-in. All of the issues that were found before we moved in were addressed and they even cleaned the house again upon request. I think other folks will like working with both the sales, constructions and warranty folks. Drees seems to be more modern in their approach to many aspects of buying, building, and servicing their homes.
