Planning and designing our home was an exciting and fun aspect of building but watching the home come to life each week was incredible. McCade kept us informed at every step with weekly text messages and photos of the building progress. He kept our interests at the forefront of his mind and took the time to ensure every detail was finished as designed. McCade made the home building experience very special for us.

We like Drees Custom Homes as they are spaciously built compared to other builders. They provide pretty much all the upgrades as standard features. We didn’t had to buy additional features as everything came as standard. Their ceiling height are pretty tall and bedrooms, kitchen Island, dinning area are spacious. Drees Sale Manager Harry Kidd was very good and transparent person. He always communicated all the updates and details very thoroughly with us during whole construction process. Addressed/answered all over questions on timely manner and was very proactive by assisting from start to closing our home. Our home engineer Taylor was also very nice and approachable person. From day one when we walked into the model home in Clearwater Ranch and through closing up until now, we’ve had an excellent experience with the Drees team!
