Linda and Greg are a great team that is sincerely focused on ensuring customers receive exactly what they want in their new home. Jill in the design center is extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure us to purchase needless options, yet highlighted and provided rationale for all recommendations.

They provided exactly what we talked about during negotiation and more. We were never pushed to make regretable decisions and always given the pros and cons of our chooses. All of the staff that we worked with were professional and curtious. We rocated from Ca. so we have twice the house for half the price. Win Win Situation.

I've been through couple new home buying process in my life time. Overall experience with Drees was fantastic from start to finish and I have to say it was the best I had. Anything you ask, Drees will try to accommodate your request (since its a custom home builder). Quick responses and great customer service before and AFTER closing.

Overall home buying experience was good. We would have appreciated more options so as to avoid having to bring in contractors to finish what could have been done at the beginning.

Overall, anyone we have interacted with at Drees, from the sales representative, to the builder, to the sub-contractors, they all actually care about your feelings toward them and the home you have purchased. I chose the word home and not house, because they are genuinely interested in you loving their product and making things right for you so that you in turn love your home. This commitment follows through to post-purchase as well.

Builder,was,very responsive to all,concerns. I was impressed ,with overall quality and on time completion. Both Trey and Tara kept us up to date on what was going on with the build. I would recommend this builder to anyone looking to build a new home.

DREES does a great job of informing you, but you need to do your homework too. Know WHEN you need to make WHAT decisions in the design process. With DREES we were able to customize design changes we wanted in our home (structural (rooms, windows, nooks), electrical, interior and exterior choices, and changes that would allow for potential future add-ons like adding a pool or solar panels. DREES as flexible and accommodating!!

Had a terrific construction manager in Brian. He kept us updated every week and was prompt in answering emailed questions. He considered our feedback and insights, and was very open to conversations about potential issues or concerns. The quality of workmanship is excellent and Drees subcontractors took excellent care to preserve the work of others. The sales and selection process was quick and very well planned. Drees made excellent suggestions to help us make the most of our plans.

Excellent support from Laurel Stearns ( Designer ) and the 3D renderings and range of samples selection helped us truly visualise the space and select the right interiors and finishings. Andy Gonzales ( Construction ) was simply outstanding . As Project Manager he kept everything running smoothly with weekly updates including site pictures to share the progress . We could see and feel the dream taking shape . The end result is a home that masterfully blends timeless elegance with modern amenities for comfortable living . Drees folks were great. Quality is there but expected better. Some of the finishing touches are not that great such as Paints, caulking etc,

Drees was easy to work with from the start, and their incentives were so good that we pulled out of a contract with Southgate to build with Drees. The sales process was smooth and they set good expectations although maybe a bit to conservative, as hour home was finished nearly six months earlier than what they quoted. Sandy at windsong ranch is amazing and always so hospitable. Julie is an incredible designer and really pushed us to make great decisions and challenged us to consider different finishes that really came together so well. Kaston, our builder, is very responsive and detail oriented. He communicated with us every step of the way and takes great pride in his work and the quality of product he handed over to us. ... Más

We had the best experience in buying the house

We chose Drees because they were willing to work with us in getting our dream floor plan. The whole process from the day we talked to them to when we closed took a full year. Couple of delays that occurred for us was the changing of the building managers which caused a couple of communication issues on what we were wanting for the house. We’ve been living in the house for about 2 months and so far it’s been good. No major issues yet. Drees definitely makes beautiful homes and if you are needing a specific floor plan they are able to create that for you!

I have gone through the home building experience with Drees Custom homes and it couldn't be any better. I was operating remote most of the time and project manager kept me updated. Sales and closing processes were also very smooth and professional. Post closing warranty of 90 days is also very helpful to iron out any pending items ..

Marian was our sales person and she was awesome. Tom was our construction guy and he was also great. There were lots of delays due to COVID and Material Shortages but that is not the builder fault. We are moved in and can say our only complaint is with the Cabinet Trade. They are very slow to respond and have not fixed most the things they said they would.

Some of the tradesmen take no pride in their work and it shows. Brickwork is average at best. Not rodded properly and a lot of excess mortar. Driveway has patches along edges that are very obvious. Framing is not plumb or square in several locations. Waiting on response to our 90 day walkthru.

Our experience with Drees homes was pretty good with a few challenges. The sales process was smooth but we were not 100% happy with the design center part and felt a bit rushed making some decisions. We also felt issues when adding windows in the kitchen. We were told about problem with our kitchen window positioning and cabinet needing to be redesigned after the windows were cut out. This should have been discussed sooner when we asked about adding the windows that was not in the design. Other than that the overall experience has been good. Preston is very responsive with every request. We do see some issues with the finishing of some areas in the house like carpet in some rooms and paintwork etc. ... Más

Drees staff are very experienced. They helped us get through the year long process with l no surprises. Took good care of us. We love our new Drees home. Workmanship is state of the art and beautiful.

Don D. Juan and Billy have done a great job for us. we understand getting help and supply chain issues but Billy and Juan are doing a great job working through these issues and getting our punch items corrected.
