Excellent experience from first meeting with sales through closing.

The house build was chaotic but in the end it was all realized. Shauna and Reid really stepped up and helped us address all the little things that the home needed addressing after closing. We are grateful to have a positive experience. We are even more grateful that Shauna and Reid were true to their word on helping us with the issues after closing. It’s very far from the experience that I’ve had with previous builders. I have nothing but good things to say about the performance from Reid and Shauna.

From start to finish, we had a positive experience. Sales and construction managers were responsive and kept us informed at all points in the process. Overall, the quality of the home feels solid. We haven't had any issues upon move-in. All of the issues that were found before we moved in were addressed and they even cleaned the house again upon request. I think other folks will like working with both the sales, constructions and warranty folks. Drees seems to be more modern in their approach to many aspects of buying, building, and servicing their homes.

Drees provided a top quality experience from start to finish. From the initial buying experience working with Steven through to the build process working with Mike they have always been extremely responsive, providing detailed updates and constant communication throughout each and every stage of our home build. We could not be more impressed with Drew’s, Steven and Mike if we tried. This responsiveness and commitment to excellent customer service and has continued post home completion with them constantly keeping in touch with us for any issues that we may notice no matter what they are, resolving them as quickly as possible too! Drees made the whole home buying process easy. They were always ready to answer any questions we had and corrected a few minor issues quickly. I would highly recommend buying a Drees home for anyone in the market for a new home.

House is wery good overall Little slow build. Small things burdened me. Some issues not cleared and waiting to be repaired and not done. Yet. Had hard time to understand the custom home building process and system. I don’t feel the customer is KING

I would totally recommend buying a Drees home. Drees staff starting with the sales department, to the on site project manager were all very professional. Reagan & Preston responded to my emails with any concerns I had immediately. All issues were resolved promptly. Great crew to work with.

We had a very positive experience with Drees at Walsh Ranch. Shauna was the most amazing Drees representative. She was thoughtful and kept us informed during the months prior to the completion of our home. She always returned our calls and responded to our text messages. Excellent customer service!

Had a terrific construction manager in Brian. He kept us updated every week and was prompt in answering emailed questions. He considered our feedback and insights, and was very open to conversations about potential issues or concerns. The quality of workmanship is excellent and Drees subcontractors took excellent care to preserve the work of others. The sales and selection process was quick and very well planned. Drees made excellent suggestions to help us make the most of our plans.

Trustworthy, honest, well built home.

Drees folks were great. Quality is there but expected better. Some of the finishing touches are not that great such as Paints, caulking etc,

We had the best experience in buying the house

Our experience with Drees homes was pretty good with a few challenges. The sales process was smooth but we were not 100% happy with the design center part and felt a bit rushed making some decisions. We also felt issues when adding windows in the kitchen. We were told about problem with our kitchen window positioning and cabinet needing to be redesigned after the windows were cut out. This should have been discussed sooner when we asked about adding the windows that was not in the design. Other than that the overall experience has been good. Preston is very responsive with every request. We do see some issues with the finishing of some areas in the house like carpet in some rooms and paintwork etc. ... Más

The builder has dedicated professional personnel. The company is truly a custom builder, being very flexible and ready to accommodate their client's wishes.

We love our new house. Quality of the materials used is great. Few ups and down during the build, but overall experience was great.

Sales staff is fantastic and we are overall happy with our new home. However, we are disappointed in the overall craftsmanship and time to address issues and the “punch list”.

Matt, the superintendent has gone above and beyond. He is sure to give daily updates on post move in issues and is in the know about everything. Matt is awesome and a pleasure to work with. Floors Inc has been awful. Between their rudness, lack of care, excuses and Will Sumers; my view on Drees has dropped.

Good house plans and good Viridian subdivision

Purchased my home in Oct22, closed Jul23. During Oct - June it was the normal weekly updates with very few delays due to circumstances outside builder control. However, my close was a nightmare as a result of the builder's affiliate lender forgetting the original closing date, showing it as a week later than originally scheduled. Because of this I was unable to close on my original close date and incurred thousands of dollars in additional moving expenses just by them having the wrong closing date. Since the close most of the issues I've had with my home within the first couple months have handled by Drees in adequate time and is always very pleasant & courteous to deal with. ... Más
