We've been in our new Drees home for a little over 2 months now and couldn't be happier. Our overall experience from sales to design to build to move-in was great. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, which is to be expected, but through it all, everyone we dealt with a Drees was easy to reach and to work with. They listened to our many, many questions and led us through the home building journey with patience and grace. I especially want to give a shout out to our builder, Clayton, who is an absolute rock star.

Our experience was superb, and Chad and Tyler were welcoming and communicative throughout the entire process.

Building process was exceptional, our build team was very responsive providing updates with pictures on a weekly basis, this was extremely informative considering we were living over 3 hours away from the build site at the time.

When my wife and I were deciding to buy, we never imagined we would end up buying a new build, until we walked into our first Drees home. The details, quality of work, and overall communication with our building supervisor, Jake Olvey, was incredible. We are so glad we got to buy from Drees and look forward to having our forever home!

The home is beautiful and more than we expected. The model we chose has a lot of thoughtful design features that are important into today's homes, i.e., ample storage space, functional kitchen design, large windows throughout, and attention to detail. We couldn't be more pleased.

The Project Manager was great to work with. Kept us informed regularly about the progress on our home and what to expect along the way. He was easy to communicate with and promptly addressed any concerns along the way.

They dealt with any of our concerns promptly and there were very few. Communication was fluid and always welcomed. The end product was very high quality and we could not be more satisfied.

Our recent move from Hawaii to Indiana was riddled with many challenges, including the home buying process. Everyone on teh Drees team was engaged and a pleasure with which to work.

This is the 3rd home we have built and by far the best experience. The quality of materials, the willingness to work with you on any issue whether big or small, and the overall attention to every detail are unmatched in my experience.

With several home styles and price points to choose from, Susan helped me narrow down what would work for my lifestyle and budget. Clayton and Charlie as the builders helped me understand what was happening as the house was being built and addressed my questions during the walk through.

We were very pleased with the overall experience of building our new home with Drees. As we did not live near the building site of our new home, Drees did a good job of keeping us informed of the progress of our build and answered any questions or concerns we had throughout the build. Even after closing and moving in, Drees stayed present and took care of any issues we had. We would recommend Drees Homes for your new home.
