With me being a realtor I have experienced a lot in the real estate world. I must say the entire team has been amazing with all the important things that matter. All houses sometime have issues regardless of the builder. However I had a major issue to happen but everyone got on top of the situation very quickly and repaired everything. I did not even have to call the warranty company to deal with third parties. The entire team did everything and very quickly. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home! Drees did a remarkable job! They're workmanship was perfect! I got so many beautiful upgrades for the price. Buying our new Drees home was a great and seamless experience, from start to finish. They explained the entire process at the start and everything came together exactly as intended. I do wish there were more options available during the selection process, but ultimately, we are very happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Drees.

I chose Drees to build our home because of the modern floorplan and upscale design. Salesman Chris suggested us going to Dream Days at the selections office. This gave us the opportunity early to see what selections were available and helped us down the road during the selection process. Brandi was very helpful showing us around at Dream Days. Chelsea was very helpful working with us to make decisions during the selections process. Our builder Kai was outstanding. Great communications and very easy to work with. Anything he felt wasn't done right or that the contractors missed he had them return and resolve. We are very happy with our new home.

I purchased a spec home that was already built. I loved the layout, but not paint color on fireplace. They agreed to paint it a color I wanted at no additional cost. That was great. I have had good communication and follow up with questions. Nice home and community.

This was not our first time building a home from the start. This was by far the easiest and best home building experience. The Drees team has been so responsive and efficient. This is our second Drees home. The quality of materials is substantially lower than our home 25 years ago. The workmanship is good. Some designs are a little strange like the placement of switches. Some of the carpentry seems off like molding pieces that don't fit together correctly. The responsiveness of the builder to fix items has been good.
