With me being a realtor I have experienced a lot in the real estate world. I must say the entire team has been amazing with all the important things that matter. All houses sometime have issues regardless of the builder. However I had a major issue to happen but everyone got on top of the situation very quickly and repaired everything. I did not even have to call the warranty company to deal with third parties. The entire team did everything and very quickly. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home! Drees did a remarkable job! They're workmanship was perfect! I got so many beautiful upgrades for the price. I couldn't have bought a decent existing home for what I paid for this condo! When I first walked in, it was love at first sight. I couldn't believe that I had such a gorgeous home!

Buying our new Drees home was a great and seamless experience, from start to finish. They explained the entire process at the start and everything came together exactly as intended. I do wish there were more options available during the selection process, but ultimately, we are very happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Drees.

I chose Drees to build our home because of the modern floorplan and upscale design. Fred and Amanda and Michelle were excellent! Informative, customer service oriented and supportive. The only minor issue was the lending side, but maybe due to these crazy inflation times we are in, but I thought the approval process for First Equity was over bearing and not fully necessary. The broker agent (Paul) was great, but the title company and his manager seemed difficult, and I don't believe I got the best interest rate but it was competitive
