Our home was built and delivered as promised. We had a few small items that need to be corrected and was done in a timely manner. We have purchase 4 homes in the community, two with Dress and two with other builders. Dress home is a far superior built home.

Roby is a hard worker. He’s on the property so much you would think he lived out here. He’s very knowledgeable and patient. He tries to be responsive to everyone’s concerns. He’s very professional and kind. I appreciate all he has done for us.

Our whole experience of building our home was excellent. The Drees team was amazing. I would highly recommend them.

This is the sixth new house we’ve built. By far, our experience with Drees was the best! The sales process, selection process, and building process were all very organized, professional, and well run. Our building supervisor, Clayton, was the best we’ve ever worked with!

Building process was exceptional, our build team was very responsive providing updates with pictures on a weekly basis, this was extremely informative considering we were living over 3 hours away from the build site at the time.

We were looking into number of homes for almost a year. Dress homes checks all of our requirements perfectly in terms of craftsmanship and design. We are so pleased with how smooth the closing process was. They helped us to fulfill our dream to buy just the right house.

We were going to proceed with the other developer in our subdivision but they withheld information just prior to signing a commitment and paying deposits that left us thinking they were not completely trustworthy. Drees stepped in with an equivalent house that was $70K less expensive and on a better lot. Overall Drees chose to use better materials than the other builder,, for example our gutters drain in to enclosed pipes underground rather than just onto a plate on top if the grass. Drees also include a lot of low voltage items at no cost which were a cost for us with the other builder. Drees were excellent to deal with and highly responsive. A couple of small warranty issues were dealt with very quickly and we are fully happy with the support we have received. When we build another house on land in a couple of years we will ask Drees Homes to quote but we wont ask David Weekley Homes! ... Más

Very nice people to work with and easy to work with

From the first inquiry to the closing, Drees was very quick to respond with pertinent, accurate information. Our home was built according to the options we chose, and the Drees staff was extremely helpful. While we did have the option of using several different builders to complete our dream home, we really feel that we made the right decision by choosing Drees.

I was very pleased with the buying process and getting to the final move in date. It was my first time building so a whole different situation for me. They mapped out everything that was happening. The website they have for you to look at all your progress and document was very helpful and good reference. Was able to move in a little earlier than first expected. My specific builder was great and so helpful.

Before I purchased with Drees I did a lot of checking with other builders and after that process was over Drees Himes was whom I wanted to choose to build my home. They were efficient and professional throughout the process. Mark our house project manager was outstanding and went over and beyond to make sure everything was ready for us.

Our builder Michael was great to work with and has addressed all of our concerns and issues since we moved in.

We worked with our sales agent for over a year before we decided to build at The Parks at Carriage Crossings. She kept us informed and no matter how many questions we had during the pre-contract stage, she was prompt in responding via text or email. My husband and I are so pleased to be living here. Our dreams have come true.

I had heard so many nightmare stories about the process of working with a big builder through the new home building experience. Our experience was the exact opposite. From the sales cycle through the selections process and the walk through... the experience was pleasant. I will admit that one thing that made that process less stressful was being permitted to walk through the house at anytime during the construction phase. I was able to go in and measure for blinds, or furniture, or see where certain outlets were located, or where there was extra bracing in the framing of certain walls, etc. Overall job well done on all parties involved. If I was forced to highlight something negative, I would say that there were certain features that we wanted that Drees would not do. For example, adding an electrical circuit for a hot tub on the patio, or adding outlets on the floor of the office. There were some features that are even in their model home, but they don't offer to provide in a new build. Beyond that... everything was great. We love our new townhouse. ... Más

Very professional n through the design center the sales person n the project manager very responsive to any questions or issues. Would highly recommend Drees homes

The process of picking the lot with Holly from Texas was challenging, but once we arrived in the area she made the process seamless. Holly gave us suggestion we had not thought of making this home very comfortable. The next step was meeting and working with Paul the builder. This guy is very professional, would take care of issues we brought up quickly and found issues we did not see. Guy is experienced and superb in his profession and is a valuable asset to Drees.

We couldn’t have had a better experience with Drees! We purchased a market home which was at foundation. So the building process was an absolute breeze! We worked with Shelly from the beginning and she was amazing! So knowledgeable, professional, kind, and easy to work with! Our contractor, Gary, was incredible! Kept us in the loop at all times, whenever we noticed something on the house he was always 3 steps ahead of us. Truly an incredible experience!

Keith, Chad and Jack have answered every question and fixed any issue we’ve had. We love this community.
