Coming from out of town the thought of building in a different state was a little daunting. Our realtor told us countless times how great Drees was and they did not disappoint! From the initial site visit to closing, every single step and part of the process was seamless! Both Brett and Nick were available for any questions, concerns, or needs along the way. The process Drees has set up is just amazing. It made us fee so comfortable, in control and involved during the entire build. The follow through and follow up in the final weeks leading to closing and the weeks after closing has been just amazing. The process with Drees was great. We had stopped technically looking since we had not seen anything we were in LOVE with. One rainy weekend, we decided to go look at the model and fell in love. 2 short months later, we were moving into our new build home with very minimal issues and imperfections. Our GC through Drees was EXCELLENT and super caring and always willing to take a few minutes to help answer our questions and address anything needing attention.

Michelle was very kind and thorough when purchasing /selecting our home. Derrick called every week to keep us informed on the building process. We love our home!

Carolyn, Gregg and everyone we came in contact were very helpful and very pleasant.

My wife so loves the big kitchen, the floor used high quality materials and without squeezing noise, it has a lot of big windows which brings in brighter light and look thru windows with better viewing.

Everyone I worked with were very welcoming, kind, professional, and intentional. Anything I wanted or needed to know about was clearly explained. Though the process of buying a home/condo is lengthy and overwhelming in general, the people I worked with were always available for help.

My wife and I sold our "family" home as we didn't need (or want) the square footage, acre lot and built in pool to deal with since all children have been gone for several years. We timed that sale correctly and found a development by Drees which included condos and patio homes which were perfect for our new needs and lifestyle. Was a previous Drees homeowner more than 25 years ago so was familiar with their quality and support. This purchase was same as previous-- handled very well personally and professionally. Would highly recommend Drees to anyone searching for a builder.
