With me being a realtor I have experienced a lot in the real estate world. I must say the entire team has been amazing with all the important things that matter. All houses sometime have issues regardless of the builder. However I had a major issue to happen but everyone got on top of the situation very quickly and repaired everything. I did not even have to call the warranty company to deal with third parties. The entire team did everything and very quickly. This meant everything to me because some builders do not make any repairs once things happen. Also they went above and beyond to also give me a 60 day follow up which is not normal in the new construction world.
