Throughout the entire process I met so many new people whom are very knowledgeable, professional, positive and fun. From the salesman, to the decorator, loan officer they suggested and final inspector everyone was beyond helpful, kind and I value meeting them and they help they gave. The only person who was not very friendly was the contractor they originally had on my build. He seemed very nice in person but on the phone was did not respond to questions I had multiple times. Other times he did respond he was very short with me and rude which is why they received only 4 stars on Responsiveness to issues. Other than that I had a great experience and I love my new home. ... I've heard good things about Fulton homes from co-workers to friends. It's true. They're well built. They respond to issues in timely manner.

The foreman for our build was great, super responsive, patient, and accommodating. Sales people were also quick to respond and pleasant. Any potential issues were addressed and resolved with no issues. Overall good experience with a new build during a busy market time. Thank you!

We entered into this process expecting it to be akin to getting teeth pulled. Instead we were walked through every step with a bevy of information and every single question answered. We were encouraged to check in on progress whenever the build team wasn't there, which we did every single Sunday. I was able to ask all my annoying questions along the way that were really born out of curiosity. Now only were they responsive to my endless list, but I got extremely engaged responses with answers to questions they knew would pop up through discourse. Wonderful experience!

I purchased a new build configured by a buyer that cancelled due to COVID so I only worked with them from home build completion to move in. They are extremely professional and honest. Even bad news is delivered accurately with clear next steps. I look forward to building with them in the future.

Fulton Homes has a very good reputation for making quality homes. They did not disappoint. The style and look of our home is wonderful and reminds us of the homes in Minnesota where we are from originally.

This is our second Fulton new build, we love the produce they produce. Compared to others builders, Fulton stands out.

Fulton assigns very competent project managers that are there to help if you need anything. They listen and respond to make your new home perfect.

The team is well coordinated and very communicative. Interaction in all aspects of the build is something you as a buyer should embrace!

Design center and construction process surpassed expectations

The only downside to our evaluation is the difficulty setting up getting pool keys and HOME Association but we believe this was to to the Covid-19 Crisis.

De principio a fin, fue genial tratar con el equipo de Fulton Homes. Una oportunidad de mejora sería la limpieza final. Había una gran cantidad de neblina de lechada y gruesos trozos de lechada en el azulejo que tuve que recorrer y realmente restregar y raspar para limpiarme. Al mudarme a una casa nueva, hubiera esperado que la limpieza hubiera sido mejor.

Nos encanta nuestro nuevo hogar y Fulton ha sido excelente. Ha habido algunos problemas, pero Fulton los ha estado resolviendo de manera oportuna. Estamos muy felices y emocionados de crecer en nuestro nuevo hogar.

¡Ama nuestro nuevo hogar! Covid 19 ha causado problemas de respuesta, pero no se puede evitar. Sin embargo, definitivamente creo que Fulton debería revisar a sus contratistas: el paisajismo poco overde y el aire acondicionado de Chas Robert han sido nuestros mayores problemas.
