Overall our experience was good. We had to move in without all of the appliances which was unfortunate but this company was very responsive to our needs. Alex, the construction manager is phenomenal! This is the third home I've built and I must say working with Alex was the best experience of them all. Alex promptly scheduled all needed repairs and is always very kind and polite.

I will preface by saying this was not my first time building a home. I am happy with the overall product but the communication from the office staff and the supervisor (Marlon) was less than ideal. For example, if there is going to be an additional 4 month delay that you are aware of, communicate that to the buyer. Don't wait for us to pull it out of you when we think we are moving in in 6 weeks. We were also provided no appliances and no substitutes or even a gift card to buy a toaster. The front office (Mark) was extremely rude and offered no sympathy. Our neighbors received temporary items and we were told to fly a kite. The subcontractors were terrible and it seemed no one was checking their work in a timely fashion. Overall we had a good experience working with Fulton Homes during the build process. We were relocating from Wyoming and working on this long distance posed some problems but the entire team worked with our ability to come to Phoenix and we were able to conduct all of our appointments with no disruption of the building process. There were minimal issues noticed after moving in and Fulton took care of those issues quickly and without any warranty hassle which is something you can't always say about warranty's!! We were behind in getting in our new home due to co-vid and shortages of materials. Once in our home there were few issues to resolve, and Fulton is still working on them. We are satisfied with the build and would recommend Fulton Homes to anyone interested in purchasing a new home.

Everything was less than exceptional in most part due to covid issues. That's understandable. Fulton superintendent Rick was exceptional considering the countertop contractor lying about the state of installation. Very nerve racking deciding to sign or not sign without countertops in place. Considering I told everyone about the issue two weeks before closing. Rick and Travis from fulton have taken careof all issues since then in a timely manner.

Our experience hasn’t been as bad as others in our neighborhood but we’ve still had issues, issues that I never had when I bought my first house 10 yrs ago for half the price and 50% larger than this one. I use to consider Fulton at the higher end of the average home builders (as in not custom and not $1m dollar homes) but after this house they’ve kinda of just slipped into average.

I am not happy with the vendor of screen door/window, the install is delay for over a month, and I still don't know when they will be able to come. They don't have a work schedule themselves.

The Sales and Project Manager have been great to work with and the support staff has been excellent. They have all been trustworthy and very responsive to issues we have raised. Fulton lost points on their workmanship and materials. Their painters were subpar.

Our home is beautiful and well constricted. There were some issues due to supply chain problems. We were not able to get some appliances we ordered and moved in without an oven. We were ok with this as we were made aware of these issues ahead of time. When we moved in the kitchen faucet was not working correctly. I would have have thought this would have been seen when installed but I guess it was not tested. Took over a month and three service calls to get corrected. If you buy a spec home ask what is included and what options are not available.

Overall good experience. Covid caused delays but Fulton was good at updating us.

Overall it is a great house and we’re happy to own. That said, the sales and closing process could be better. Sales starts off very helpful and engaged but that dissipates as the build evolved. Some of it can be attributed to their limited exposure to specific subjects, understandably so, while other stuff seemed like simple misses on their behalf. The preferred lender provided unsatisfactory rates initially considering our great credit and supposed-to-be current low rates. However, the Contractor was informative and responsive throughout the build and that really makes the process/home great. If you want a quality house and do not have any timing restrictions then Fulton will exceed your expectations! ... Más

It appears that several of the subcontractors Fulton used did not do a good job. There are many finish issues we are still working through: many paint problems, unfinished wall corners and baseboard ends, and grout issues to name a few. We are happy with our new home, but the number of minor errors is frustrating. In some cases we may choose to live with the issue because now that we are moved in fixing them is difficult.

Djkarta, and Jack were awesome. Their Hospitality was amazing and they were always there to answer any questions or concerns we may have had! I absolutely Love Fulton’s Customer Service Portal fir it made out hone buying experience easy.

Although we are still waiting for items to be addressed, I think everyone is doing the best they can. Material shortages and Covid is not helping. The biggest disappointment was working with Poco Verde landscaping. Customer Service is very lacking and working with Peggy was very unrewarding. We always felt that we were putting her out. We ended up going to another company to get our backyard landscaping done as Poco couldn't give us time. It would be nice if we had more than one company to choose from. They behaved as though they didn't have to work for our business. Basically, it was, "if you don't like it, go somewhere else". So we did. ... Más

Frustrating building during a pandemic. Many issues were related to the supply chain. We would have appreciated a more responsive effort to "keep us in the loop" related to building and supply delays regarding our home. Our sales person, Susan, communicated as well as possible...she just did not have the information, from others, that she needed to keep us informed. We are still, after closing, waiting on items to be finished and delivered. Post close, the building superintendent has been fantastic and very accessible for us. This is much appreciated.

This is our 2nd home with Fulton. We've enjoyed both.

Beautiful house! Front yard should come landscaped.

Very displeased that we were not given an option for non carpet upstairs. I have severe allergies and carpeting does not help. We were told we could pick flooring prior to signing the purchase agreement, then when we arrived at the design center we were forced to pick carpeting. Obviously we were not happy at all. We were willing to pay any additional costs and still was not given an option to do so.

Good quality builder. Our seller rep Rob was fantastic and we were treated great. Pricing a little high but worth it in the end product.

Awesome builder! I’m very pleased with how my house turned out!

We had no real issues. We did try to make a few changes at the appropriate times during the process and was given a hard time, which was we didn't understand or deserve. We paid a lot of money for this house and have every right to do that. Other than that, it went well and we're happy with our home. Thank you Fulton!

I would buy another Fulton house in the future

Overall Fulton builds a good home. I really enjoyed working Ed. I wish the landscaping design had been included in the home buying process and that a few finishing touches were completed with a greater degree of quality. It is a bit of a hassle to have to arrange for completion of your front yard landscaping. You are given a timeline to get HOA approval on the design beforehand then you must pay out of pocket, then you must get HOA approval after completion before you are reimbursed funds Fulton leaves in care of the HOA. If you can't get the work completed within the specified timeframe you forfeit them and you will not be reimbursed for what you had to pay out of pocket. I have had to make multiple calls to ensure the HOA got my approval out in a timely manner and, I have had to stay after the landscaping company to ensure they get started in a timely manner. I am now over two months out from closing and my yard is still bare. That being said I am excited to see what my yard looks like once it is completed and I anticipate that it will be completed prior to the deadline. ... Más

Tile floor laid after floor trim on walls leaving poor paint trim. cabinet door finish not consistent. bottom door weather strip damaged during construction. Patches in walls paint obviously outstanding.

The builder is very good and the staff are great. I would not recommend Homeowners Financial we went through a very rough and awful process,They were very rude and no patience at all. Not knowledgeable at all. Never heard from them after 6 months. Thanks to Albert we were able to buy our house through OnQ Financial with Phyllis awesome team definitely recommend it. Thanks to them they were able to make it happen. Also the painters forgot about our back home to painted. We ares till waiting for them. Also Poco Verde wouldn't recommend them as well, I'm waiting for a month for when they are going to start the front yard and the designer forgot to submit the paperwork to AAM. I started the process since June. They are barely send the papers after I contacted the community manager many times then they contact her I almost lost the deposit from the front yard with AAM. But overall we are enjoying our home. Great location. ... Más
