Everything is was delayed. We watched interest rates climb from 2.5% to 6%-7%, while home values dropped. Fulton wasn’t willing to do anything to help or accommodate. There were many minor issues with the home. 2 hot lines were ran to one tub. A few cabinet doors and drawers are cracked. We’ve been waiting months for replacements. Sales kept telling me no one was walking away, but this wasn’t true. Half of the buyers on my street walked away from their new build. I like our model and this home, but it was far from a smooth experience.

Incomplete and unresponsive

Fulton set the supposed closing date but they clearly didn't have the home ready by that date. A laundry-list of items that were incomplete, badly installed, not working all identified but then they disappeared. Had to keep pestering them to find out when these items would be addressed. No response. Eventually they "closed" all the issues but then sent someone to create a whole new list. Still waiting to get these issues addressed 2 full months after we identified them. I would not trust Fulton Homes to build me a home ever again.

I only enjoyed the sale representative throughout the experience. The walk through of the home before purchasing it was not an easy one to encounter. Who want to hear no house is perfect before you sign? As of now, I am dealing with paint issues, weather strips on doors, an upgraded door we purchase that’s not installed properly. We could not wait to move into our new home. After 14 months it was finally time. They told us we wouldn’t have appliances, mirrors. No problem! We wanted to get in. After the inspection we brought up some issues, most of them were fixed. Not addressing customer complaints

This experience was the worst being a first home buyer, the customer service is terrible with getting the proper repairs and marking items done that has not been addressed. The appliance through GE are the worst ever and the company to fix items send people who don't know how to repair. This is terrible. You need a better customer service team. Who address the needs of the customers.

Make sure the same company that built their model homes is still contracted with them. My home does not look like Model Home quality and I am not talking about upgrades just the entire cosmetic part. Drywall and paint are horrible. They delivered me a very very dirty house, didn't even have the decency to clean it up. Also, make sure you as them about the yard...I get you don't have a landscape included but it does come with a lot of trash... dirt unleveled and wow. The salesman always seemed to be in a rush and important information always changed, trust was lost with the sales person. Items that needed to be fixed takes weeks to be addressed then when they come out to address the items they make another appointment that’s scheduled weeks away, so more waiting to fix the issues. When they finally come back to fix the issues, the wrong products were ordered so then they make another appointment. So now the next appointment is 2021.

There are a few great people who were super helpful in getting things fixed and right in my house before and after move in, however, Fulton as a whole is a no go for me ever again. Left much to be desired through out the whole experience. The design center is way over priced, the AC set up is shotty and they really don't care (and being in AZ...that is unacceptable), and they really are just there to make money. Had to fight tooth and nail to get things done, they don't care about your timeline, personal time, or money.

It would seem all was great until your preferred lender #1 didn't give me a call back after he said my numbers on my W-2 did not add up. He had already run my credit and yet no "you are not qualified" or "yes, you are qualified". Once that lender fell through with no responses.  I stayed on course with the lender who pre-qualified us. As first-time homeowners, my wife and I had the worst experience with the salesperson at the Fulton Home, which resulted in a manner I still couldn’t fathom. My wife had a conversation with the salesperson regarding the appliances (loaners) and he got mad at her, rudely dropped the call on her. I discussed this issue with teo supervisors, as I’m writing this review, nothing has been done. No apology, issue left unaddressed. The treatment was disgusting, which I believe has rubbed off the excitement of getting our first home with Fulton Home.

Build process was a mess, construction managers did not keep an eye on trades who did shabby work in all areas. Now that home is finished we have found many things jerry rigged and patched just enough to hide faulty repairs until after close. Cant even use Master Shower do to leaks in floor tile. 2 weeks after moving into home we found one of AC units was not even hooked up to run. Sales team said to put it in for warranty. What a mess this has been! Save yourself some stress and look elsewhere.

Awful experience from the buying process to now trying to get issues that have persisted since moving in fixed. House took way longer to build than was told and the communication on updates and timeframes were terrible and inaccurate. Now being in the home there have been several issues and the communication continues to be terrible. I will not be buying from this builder again.

Worst New House Ever

The design center was not helpful & was even discouraging adding in more floor tiles. I thought I was buying a brand new home but what I got was a poorly delivered home with unfinished items & work that I now have to spend time & effort on which isn’t what was expected with a “new” home. Can you imagine buying a brand new car but you have to wash it & tune it up yourself?? Would you call that “brand new”??

The absolute worst home buying experience ever. And 2 months after moving in I still have a list a mile long of things they still need to fix. Its not just me all 9 families that live on my street feel the same way. The we are proud to build is not true!! Fulton Homes we are good at making excuses and not taking responsibility. Not one person has been honest or followed up consistently it is always someone else's fault. Buying a home should be a great experience I would recommend going to a builder that cares.

We waited for one and a half years for the house to be closed. But appliances and screens were still missing on the close date.
