From the first visit into the sales office to the final walk through was exceptional. Not only was the Fulton Team on top of their game, but they always made sure we knew what our next steps were...from the walk throughs during the building process, to the design center, to the mortgage company, all the way to the landscaping. The entire Fulton Team are a great team of professionals who truly have their customer's best interest. Absolutely GREAT experience from beginning to end. :)

We had a fantastic experience with Fulton Homes. The quality we received was exceptional. The responsiveness was great. Josh and Mark were great to work with, they helped us with any questions we had. Tracy and Ali were very helpful to get us started. The Beth Rider realty team did a great job to get us in the new house. I would recommend a Fulton Home to anyone interested in a new build.

The whole experience was memorable & satisfying. Who would have guessed buying a brand new home during a pandemic would be so safe & easy. All of our questions were promptly answered, many of the items we wanted to upgrade were already included, all involved were following COVID recommendations for safety & they all kept us very informed about every process of the build. Closing was even a breeze and it’s usually not when buying a home. We’ve known for years that we wanted our next purchase to be a Fulton home because of their excellent Customer service and quality building practices. We were right to put our trust in them! I am always impressed by a company that “overall” is dedicated to Exceptionalism. Exceptional Sales, Planning, Customer Service, Customer Care, Construction, and Follow-through. This is the only way to describe our experience with Fulton Homes! I was new to the area, relocating from the Denver Market, and needed to find a home quickly. I found our Salesperson (Tom & Kathy) most professional and caring. To every single request I had, they always answered me with, “Yes, we can do that,” or “Yes, I’ll make that happen!” Every interaction was a positive experience. They called me regularly to keep me updated on the progress of our build! Then to our great delight, our new home was delivered three (3) weeks ahead of schedule! We were floored (never heard of a builder delivering ahead of schedule). Talk about quality! The Customer Service team member who met us for our walk-through, before closing, was MORE CRITICAL about fixes that “we” were, and picked up on things that we missed... we were so grateful he was there (but we soon learned that this is how ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MEMBERS ARE! What a supreme asset they are to the Fulton Team, and how they serve as advocates! Our Project Manager’s assigned to our home, for the first 30-days (Nando & Steve) were awesome! Both dedicated employees with an “attitude of gratitude” for their customers, and it showed! Never a word of complaint about the one to two (small things) we needed attention for, which turned out to be our “owner error!” Lastly, the community they have created here is a beautiful place to raise kids or to find tranquility in your Senior years like my wife and me. We really enjoyed the whole home building process. We are out of state but the communication was excellent. They are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I never felt like we were just another home being built. I would highly recommend Fulton Homes to anyone and if in the future we want to build again they are who we’d call first!!

The entire home build process was pretty easy. Our project manager was easy to communicate with, our design appointment was smooth and everyone involved was very helpful. Any questions we had along the way were answered promptly and the house was completed on time.

I had a great experience purchasing my home thanks to an outstanding team of sales advisor, construction team and designer. My Sales Associate, Phil, was extremely helpful and professional; keeping me informed throughout the process and answering all my questions. He made the process smooth and enjoyable. Glen and Jose are wonderful to work with as well, and they really care about the building quality. They took the time to ensure that the construction of my home was top quality, and was responsive to my requests and questions. My Designer at the Design Gallery had wonderful suggestions and ideas to help me create the interior finishes that make my home so beautiful to me. Ease of home buyer process took the stress nearly completely off of us. The communication between us and Fulton throughout the process was amazing.

This was our first experience purchasing a new construction home. We found a quick move-in home that we loved and could not pass it up. Most of the design choices were made already before it was under contract, but Fulton picked some nice upgrades and finishes that we would have likely chosen ourselves if we got involved earlier in the process. The hardest part was not knowing exactly when the home would be finished. We had a rough estimate of when it would be done, but it made it hard for us to make plans regarding the sale of our old house, especially when the rough estimate changed. Nonetheless, I really appreciated how the sales associate promptly responded to my questions and worked with the contractors to ensure that we could move into our new home before we had to be out of our old home. In the end, the timing worked out thanks to the sales associate. There were just a couple of things that needed to be finished when we got our keys. They still had to finish the landscaping and our range was not in stock. Thankfully, the landscaping was done within a few days after we moved in. Plus, they gave us a loaner range to use until ours arrived. We've been in the home for about 1.5 months and the workmanship seems really good. Any issues we discovered have been small and quickly fixed, such as a door that stuck a bit. ... Más

Simply a beautiful, quality built home - great value!

When we first walked into the common areas of the model we chose, we instantly knew that this was the home for us. Open, spacious, and inviting. All the traits of the home we wanted for inviting our family and friends into home.

This was an easy experience for us. We chose the floorplan we wanted. We designed it through the Design Center which was easy. The house was built according to our orders and it turned out fabulous!!! Fulton Homes is the best.

Everything was great from start to finish. Even now after being in the home a few weeks, if something comes up, they are quick to respond and remedy anything. The sales team, Kathy and Tom, were great with communication, they both responded to questions in a timely manor and both were great at resolving any issues. Joseph, not sure his job title, but he’s been the person to go to for issues that come up after we moved in, he is great! I would definitely recommend Fulton Homes to my friends and family.

Everyone was great to work with from sales to the final construction of the home to answering any questions we had after. It went much smoother and better than I would have ever hoped for!

Fulton agents are very helpful and will walk you through the process of buying your dream home from start to finish. Larry and Albert have been by our side to make sure all monies. changes in appointments, missing docs etc were collected and signed off. Well organized agents with super knowledge about new builds and more. Will always recommend these two handsome agents and their team to anyone who is in the market to sell or buy properties. Love my Fulton home. Good incentives too.
