The Salesman and foreman on the site were probably the most experienced people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They answered every question we could even think of and we’re very responsive to emails and phone calls.

From beginning to end, we are very pleased starting with the first day we visited the Fulton sales office to the day we closed on our property. Rob D' was very informative, patient, and respectful and worked with my realtor every step of the way. He had answers for every question and advised us with step by step info on what needs to done and when. Very good custom care.

Fulton did an outstanding job on our home for Estrella Commons in Goodyear, Arizona. From the start we had an amazing sales representative Susan and she made sure that the process was smooth. The quality of our home exceeds our expectation! We have had numerous homes built and this is the best home we have had yet! The building process took longer than we wanted (about 8 months from paperwork to finish) but it was worth the wait! The quality of the home is outstanding: cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting , and paint. The finishes are just high quality. We choose this builder because many of the options we would have to pay for. For example: certain granite, flooring, and paint was included and not an extra cost! We are extremely happy with our new Fulton home! The attention to detail is amazing, materials are above standard and any issues are handled promptly. Not our first new home build but definitely the best! Also, the people they employ are exceptional, from Rob our Sales Rep, Cindee at the Design Center, Jeff and Terry our Project Managers. My Realtor was Rob. He went to bat for me when I was ready to give up. Rob was very knowledgeable and helped me get through all of the uncertainties in order to become a new homeowner! Knowledge. Understanding. Tact. Empathy. This is Rob all rolled up into one person. I love my new home, especially the floors! The best thing to do is to visit the design center online before your appointment. This way one is able to have an approximate dollar amount to add to the final cost of ones home. Determine if one wants to buy an end home. If so, this is an additional dollar amount.

We have had other homes built by other builders, but after buying our first Fulton Home, we would not buy another home besides Fulton because of the integrity, value and quality that you get for your money. Whereas other builders charge for upgraded items, Fulton includes them as standard. But what we appreciated most was the integrity and honesty of all Fulton staff from the sales people to the design center to the superintendent on the job sites. When they say they will do something, they will follow through until it is completed to your satisfaction. All new home builds have little hiccups, but what’s important is that they are fixed immediately, with no arguments and meet your expectations. That is the kind of service you get from Fulton. ... They were always very responsive to answering questions and quickly addressed a mistake we saw during the construction process. We have been very pleased with the quality of our home since we have moved in!

We had a great experience with our Fulton home. It’s a beautiful home that is well built. The Fulton sales and management teams were professional and responsive. The one challenge we had was the timeline. Final delivery of the home was about 2 months longer than the expected 8 month build process.
