The home was worth the wait to get built. We absolutely love our home and our sales reps, Tracy and Ali, were absolutely amazing through the process! They were very responsive! Their design center employees were also great! They were very helpful, didn’t push to something we didn’t want, and gave plenty of alternatives to something more affordable or more readily available. The project coordination staff was also great to work with and went above and beyond to help fix issues after we moved in! We started the process with Fulton in September and moved in June 19. Mark very upfront and honest about the process. He said it would be 10-12 months for a 2 story. When we met Marlon for the walk through he also kept us in the loop for the time structure. We did have one issue with a sliding glass door and Fulton has been on top of the contractor for this

We moved from one area of the subdivision to another because no other builder puts more money back into the community as does Fulton Homes. We love our greenways and upkeep they provide. Our oasis in the desert. The quality of home can't be beat. Compare for yourself. We did and that's why we bought within the same subdivision.

Both Art and Tripp took all my calls, even in their days off to handle my needs Being in Real Estate, it is quite easy for me to recognize Realtor pros. They kept close contact with both of my lenders during the process. The lender chosen by me fails to hit the mark; but the Fulton Lender, Carisa along with Tripp and Art carried the ball into the end zone for my touchdown. Fulton homes was easy to deal with. After the sale we found a few details that needed repair. Fulton homes was quick to respond and had the problems rectified rapidly.

¡Nos encanta nuestra casa en Fulton! Esta es la segunda casa nueva que construimos, la primera fue con otro constructor y la calidad de nuestra casa en Fulton es muy superior a la otra. Ha sido maravilloso tratar con el personal de ventas, el equipo de construcción, los prestamistas preferentes y el servicio al cliente y los acabados de nuestra casa son simplemente hermosos. Lo que Fulton tiene como acabados estándar, son opciones costosas para otros constructores. Estamos muy contentos de haber elegido Fulton para nuestro nuevo hogar.

Estamos muy contentos con la calidad y la mano de obra de nuestra nueva casa en Fulton. Nuestra casa tenía una hermosa placa para salpicaduras en la cocina y un baño principal mejorado, gabinetes en la lavandería que no son opciones para algunos constructores que habíamos examinado. Fueron fáciles de contactar sobre cualquier problema que tuviéramos. Solo tenemos un problema que no se ha resuelto. Compramos la serie de electrodomésticos de cocina Monogram GE porque queríamos la placa de inducción. La placa base de nuestro microondas Monogram está quemada y hay un nuevo microondas en espera. Se supone que Monogram es la parte superior de la línea de electrodomésticos GE. Ojalá hubiéramos tenido la opción de elegir entre un fabricante diferente además de General Electric. No podríamos estar más felices con nuestro nuevo Fulton Home. La comunidad / barrio es un sueño. El proceso de construcción, servicio al cliente, agentes de ventas, centro de diseño fue una gran experiencia. La atención al detalle de Fulton Homes es fantástica.

We had a GREAT experience from the day we started the new home search to the day we closed. The knowledgeable sales staff was fantastic to work with and very willing to accommodate our schedule beings we were traveling 1200 miles every time we came back. The design center was vey helpful in helping us pick out our extras. The closing went well and we went over the warranty issues. They have been willing to work with us which will take some scheduling issues beings we are not full timers here and they will have to work with us. We have not had any experience with this yet beings we occupied the house for two weeks and than had to leave. I do not fore see any issues. The Fulton Family of sales person and staff have been fantastic and would recommend them to anyone. ... Más

Everyone we dealt with from Fulton was amazing. We purchased a home in the Groves and Linn and Ed were both the best. We looked in the Fields also and Tom was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Cindee at the design center was a great interior designer and if not for her we would have never come up with the color scheme and look that she helped us with. Eric and Nando, the project management team picked up the ball now and have been incredibly responsive and professional. I can honestly say it was a great experience and we’re so thankful for all the help we received through the process!

In an overall sense the build experience was great. This was our first new build, and we loved being able to watch the transformation and everything that goes into building a new home. We were not pleased with the "Fit & Finish" part of the build. When items were not installed correctly or bad, they left it that way instead of making it right the first time. Sometimes the fixing the error was worse than the original install. Contractors filling the hollow wall in the master bath twice, was not a good experience, as the act was intentional, when there are trash dumpsters on the property. We cleaned the trash out and 2 days later it was filled up again. It was also disheartening when one of the contractors decided he did not need to use the porta john our front of the house and instead decided to urinate on the block wall beside the side gate. With that being said, Fulton was ready and willing to make the corrections needed without any hassles. We thoroughly love our new Fulton Home and will highly recommend them. ... Más

Both Larry and Shelley were very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire buying process. It took a little longer to sell our previous home due to change in the housing market. Fulton has a very accommodating process during this very stressful time period. We have told several people about our positive buying experience with Fulton overall.

I can say about the 3 individuals above is that your company is truly lucky to have them on your team. Donna with her attentiveness and understanding. Rick with his impeccable work ethic and knowledge and Rob who is someone I wish I had in my own family. Rob is trustworthy, knows exactly what you need before you even have to ask with the kindest gestures and always making you feel comfortable with the decisions that he guides you through. I would just thank you again for all you 3 have done for me.

In overall great experience, the only low point is as per my experience was the quality control before house delivery, doesn't seems to be fully done. Doors closet, inverted, some items missed at the bathrooms, shower doors misaligned, etc.-
