We purchased our Highland Home sight unseen, and from day one we were lucky enough to work with our construction manager, Lane. For months, all of our communication was over email, and he consistently impressed us. His responses were always incredibly in-depth, clear, and timely. He went above and beyond in problem-solving, and even with some last-minute changes, he remained patient, accommodating, and solutions-oriented. When we finally met him in person, I was genuinely shocked—based on his level of knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills, I assumed he had at least 30 years ...
