We’ve had a fantastic time with highland since buying a spec home in late 2025. We feel like we got a great deal for where the market was and the team was very easy to work with. Lots of times with new builds and specs in general you walk in and feel like you have to be your own inspector. It’s hard for people to trust specs as they can’t watch the entire process. The items we found during our walkthroughs were all small cosmetic and even our third party inspector only found a small issue that was fixed quickly. We’ve watched hundreds of new builds between the two homes we’ve had in this area ...
