Our builder was amazing and Mindy was amazing, we almost walked from highland homes due to our bad experience in Celina, but Mindy reassured us that we will be taken care of.

From start to finish it was a great experience working with the team at Highland Homes. They were there every step of the way if we needed anything or had any questions, couldn't have work with a better team than the builders at highland Homes. The options we had with add-ons and the quality of products were exceptional.

From contract to move-in, the communication, responsiveness, and follow-through were outstanding. Every question and concern was handled quickly, and it was clear the team genuinely cared about delivering a quality home and a smooth experience. Their professionalism and sense of urgency made all the difference, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

From the very start, our experience with Highland Homes in ***** was absolutely amazing. We were downsizing and selling our long-time family home in ***** to build what will be our final home.The entire sales and design teams were absolute perfection. ***** and ***** truly listened to our needs from day one. In fact, it was ***** who carefully heard what we were looking for and recommended the exact floor plan we had in our heads. Selling a home while building a new one comes with plenty of bumps along the way, but Highland Homes stood right next to us to ensure we made it to closing. ***** even listened and supported me when things were completely out of her control, offering excellent insight on what to do to get our Frisco home sold so we could close here.Once construction began, ***** was incredible to work with. He has a wonderful demeanor and handles stressful situations and difficult topics with total ease. As a first time home buyer I was skeptical about building. I had heard horror stories and was even asked why I would do that. Highland completely changed any negative thoughts I had about building. The speed, responsiveness, transparency, and quality of work was exceptional. I hired my own third party inspector and the inspector was even extremely impressed with ***** work and noted that Highland not only presented no red flags but went above code requirements and did additional things to ensure home efficiency and longevity. All of the workmanship has been great. All small is*****s we have had have been handled quickly and without complication.

We decided to build with Highland while loving from out of state. The friendliness and knowledge of ***** in the sales office made the difference for us. She was incredibly patient and helpful with all our questions and concerns with trying to build from so far away. Once we got started, the updates from ***** and ***** were amazing. They could always be reached for questions along the way, and sent very thorough updates on the progress. Our home turned out beautiful and is exactly what we were expecting and hoping for. We are excited to start our next chapter in our beautiful new home.

We were lucky enough to get to work with Gracie, Conner, and their teams. They did a fantastic job building our home. They both went above and beyond what was expected, and we love our new home. Conner really took care of us when it came to building and finishing the house. For example, our inspector noticed a tiny dent in the front of our oven - my wife and I never would have seen it in a million years, but once you saw it, you couldn’t unsee it. We asked Conner if he could do anything about it, but with only a short time before closing, it seemed unlikely. Then, despite the short notice, a few days later, he told me he had gotten it taken care of for us, and it was fixed in time for closing. Gracie did a great job guiding us through the upgrade options. She was very easy to work with and I never felt pressured to get unnecessary upgrades. She was very knowledgeable about which upgrades other homeowners were especially happy with - we came to trust her insights. One specific upgrade she highly recommended was the deep inset for the primary shower floor instead of the base acrylic style. With that upgrade we were able to make our dream walk-in shower with a penny-tile floor. Now, the primary shower is my wife’s favorite part of our entire home. ... Más

The entire process of buying our new home with highland was great. We completed a new build with their team. The timeline was accurate, we received clear communication and pertinent updates, and we love the finished home.
