My Wife and I have been home shopping for YEARS. We ultimately decided that getting a home to our standards just wasn't attainable so we agreed to be renters still (shame on Blackstone). Anyway, my brother (realtor) found a gem from Highland Homes. Not only did the home sing to us but given the in-house financing, we were able to afford it. What really set it apart though was HH's builder, David. He was attentive, went out of his way for us, and never made any request/inquiry seem small. If it matters to us, it matters to him. He's given us peace of mind knowing he'll do whatever it takes to make us satisfied and happy homebuyers. This was our first home buying experience so we were a little nervous, but right from the start Brooke and Mike were so wonderful in helping us through the whole process. They were always available to answer our questions, gave us ample time to make decisions, and communicated in a timely fashion with updates along the way. Even after we closed on the house, Mike has continued to answer questions for me when I know he is super busy with other projects and that means a lot that he still finds the time to make sure we are happy with the house.
