From the first day I met the sales manager Anita to buy a house I felt comfortable and after I decided to buy and followed up with her and the construction manager Jack I was very happy to deal with them for their honesty and implementation of everything we agreed on from the beginning of building the house until the end, and everything was perfect whether in terms of quality or dates as the delivery was on time. Now after moving into the house on the first of November and until now Mr. Jack has been very interested in providing us with assistance and meeting all our requests. This was our second Highland Home build in 5 years. We went from a 2 story to a 1 story closer to our grandkids and we love it! Our Building Supervisor Jared was once again wonderful in making our home exactly what we wanted to be. He and our sales associate Alyesha were 2 of the biggest reasons we built again. Love our home and we are just to grateful for their help and attention to detail!

It was a pleasure working with Nelli & Orion at Highland Homes. Nelli helped us plan and choose the right options. She also quickly worked through business issues as they surfaced. Orion built us a beautiful home. With the added challenge of being out of state buyers, he did an excellent job keeping us informed on the progress of our home. He has been very responsive to minor items that surfaced during the walk through and orientation. We are very pleased with our new home

Solid and knowledgeable staff in build process.

The sales department was very helpful and accommodating. I have watched the community grow for several years and progress seems on schedule. The only item that I am disappointed with is very few home owners use the garage for cars. Large trucks parked in the driveways litter the entire community. I was raised in Texas and I know it’s part of the culture but I think it diminishes the beauty of a planned community.

This is the best building experience I have ever had. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to build a perfect house. Kelly and David are simply the best team at Cross Creek West! Thank you both for everything!!

We are impressed and pleased with the quality of the workmanship and materials. We have had a few minor adjustments and replacements, but the responsiveness to any issues we have had has been quick and positive. Kudos to our Customer Care Representative, Steve, who is always a joy to work with and who always follows through promptly with replacements, adjustments, service, etc.

Working with Highland Homes has been such an easy process. Although we were living out of state, our construction manager sent us regular updates with pictures and made time for us to walk through the home and answer questions and concerns whenever we were in town. From the sales people to the design center, to the builders; everyone made us feel like a priority and helped create our dream home! Now, as we live in the home, we love it more and more every day. The quality and craftmanship is top notch - helping us appreciate our beautiful home even more!

Moving into our new Highland home capped the end of a complicated cross country move for my family.
