My husband and I had previously contracted for another builders home, but as we started b=seeing it built, we realized that the quality wasn't there. We were lucky to have found our current home right across the street from the one we were building. After one look, we cancelled our first contract and bought the Highland Home, and we are happy every day that we made this decision. The quality it great and the home is beautiful.

As a "senior citizen" I have had several new home purchase experiences, and without a doubt my experiences with Highland homes has been absolutely superior in every way! The quality of the home is beyond compare! Eleven foot ceilings, six inch base boards, included landscape, exterior finishes with lighting, quality paint and fixtures with higher end upgrades make my new home a joy to live in and decorate! And the staff of Highland Homes is amazing! Care begins at the top and is carried through each level of the house to home process with Highland! Tracy in the sales office, Tim, Garret, and Fred in the construction of the home, Donny in customer service, each and every one responsive, professional, knowledgeable, caring and just willing to help no matter the request, or change order! Even the construction VP, Stephen stopped by my home toward the end of construction and I was impressed with his thoughtfulness and care. Jennifer was helpful and responsive whenever we had a problem Our builder Ben was conscientious and very organized. He did everything possible to ensure that our house was ready on time. All of our issues were resolved and he was a pleasure to work with.

Building with Highland Homes was a breeze! The communication from our project manager Cameron was great. This being our second Highland Home but first time involved in the building process, we had a ton of questions. Cameron was quick to answer all of them and would even send us photographs of the progress made each week to keep us as informed as possible. We had a third party inspection done and the inspector could hardly find anything wrong with the home other than a few very minor items. Cameron made sure they were all taken care of before our closing date, and has continued to handle any warranty/post-close items quickly. From the moment we visited the house for the first time, the team (Anna, Drake, etc) has been nothing but phenomenal. Prompt answers, accommodating, and ready to make our lives easier and (even more) pleasant. The quality can be seen since you set foot on a house built by them.

We are happy with our new home. The process has been quick and smooth. It took 6 months from contract to closing. Andrew (Sales) and D'Marco (Construction Manager) responded very quick and always solved the problems whenever I contacted them. Strongly recommend
