From Adiba the sales rep to Jim the construction manager I could feel how much they cared about my home buying experience. They were responsive to my questions.

We’ve had a fantastic time with highland since buying a spec home in late 2025. We feel like we got a great deal for where the market was and the team was very easy to work with. Lots of times with new builds and specs in general you walk in and feel like you have to be your own inspector. It’s hard for people to trust specs as they can’t watch the entire process. The items we found during our walkthroughs were all small cosmetic and even our third party inspector only found a small issue that was fixed quickly. We’ve watched hundreds of new builds between the two homes we’ve had in this area over the last decade and have been impressed with highlands contractors. They actually ensure the work is done to spec the first time and not waiting for an owner to find an issue. They also keep their job sites really clean which matters when dozens of homes are going up. Post move in any issue or question we had, Lane and team answered quickly and to our satisfaction. To date (6-9 months in) we’ve only had one small trim issue which I think speaks to the quality. We’ve also enjoyed seeing the team around the neighborhood almost daily and always like checking in their new builds and how things are going. They truly care for their owners post close which is also a rarity. The process was great! Everyone was very attentive and answered all our questions promptly. Any issues I've had so far have been addressed quickly. There were a couple of cosmetic issues that we noticed within 30 days of moving in, but all were fixed. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Such a great experience all around… from the sales team to the project manager. We are extremely happy.

From the very beginning of our search in Goodland, we knew we wanted to build our home there. When we learned that Highland Homes would be building in the community, it made our decision even easier. Knowledgeable and professional personnel and builder

The home buying experience was a good one with Highland Homes. The few issues we have had since closing have been dealt with very quickly. Highland definitely offers a great home buying experience and product.

We are very happy with our new home. Cassie Little and Walter Draughn of the sales team were very helpful. Our construction manager Bennett Bowles was terrific. He was professional, personable and kept us in the loop on the status of the project. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed by the sales and/or construction team. We love our floor plan and are very happy with the design materials.

All aspects of this home build and purchase were excellent. Brandon and Zibah were great to work with - expectations and communications were clear and timely through whole process. Home was finished ahead of schedule. Pre and post closing interactions were responsive. We have bought and sold several homes over the years - Highland is by far the best new home partner we have had. Would highly recommend Highland Homes.

Smooth process and very responsive

We’re currently renting a home in Conroe, Texas, and have really come to appreciate its white painted brick, high ceilings, and open floor plan. As we began searching for our retirement home in the Texas Hill Country, we visited Lakeside at Tessera and toured a model home. From the moment we walked in, we loved the views and instantly felt at home. When we learned the model was for sale, it felt like the perfect opportunity—and we decided to purchase it. Interestingly, we later discovered that our rental home is also a Highland home with a very similar floor plan. That connection made us even more confident in our decision. We’ve been extremely impressed with the quality of construction and attention to detail. Throughout the process, Construction Manager Ross and Sales Consultant Branka have been outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They’ve made the entire experience seamless and have provided valuable recommendations for local services to help us get settled. I love that was able to choose my colors and other options to make it my own style! Everyone made the process smooth and stress free and very patient with all of my questions. By far the best quality compared to other home builders. I am so happy here!

All interactions withe the builder and sales staff has been a positive experience. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. There is a comfortable feel about the neighborhood. Everyone I have met are friendly and happy here. It is a more quiet environment with a sense of community. Highland makes everyone seem welcome.
