From start to finish and beyond this process has been seamless and I can not say enough about the level of Customer Service I have received from the builder. Everything has been resolved almost immediately and to complete satisfaction. I will continue to build and own Highland Homes due to the quality of care that is delivered, the structural build of the homes and the extended warranty and care that is displayed to the owner.

This is our first Highland Homes and can’t imagine going anywhere else in the future. The design and quality meets the highest standards, and their customer interactions and responsiveness is excellent.

Our experience with Highland Homes was delightful from beginning to end. Our home building experience with Highland was perfect. They were very helpful and accommodating for any changes we wanted to make and also provided helpful suggestions along the way. The build itself could not have been more smooth. They fixed anything and everything we pointed out along the way and they also hit the estimated completion date without having to move it around even once. The question on this survey is what stood out? Clearly “G.N.” our Construction Manager undoubtedly stood out. His pro-active communication from the pre-build meetings and even today, 80 days after closing he follows up to ensure all is going well. During the build process there were several occasions where we said to ourselves, we need to call and ask about that. Before we would even call or text it was not uncommon from him to proactively reach out and tell us about the same issues and what was being done to correct them. As we came closer to closing and minor issues came up he was willing to talk through and address even the smallest imperfection to ensure we received a beautiful home. He clearly took pride and was not building a house he was building our home and we are very appreciate of the pride, thoroughness and workmanship. Our Realtor T.K. was awesome as well and made regular check-ins to ensure we were making progress every step of the way. You can tell she spoke with the construction managers because they are on the same page and moving the build forward. As far as the home, we are very satisfied and while it is little more expensive than some homebuilders in the area we are very pleased with the technology, workmanship and standard amenities in the home. ... Great home. Great price. Really happy.

We looked at a lot of different builders, but there was something special about Highland Homes! We visited many neighborhoods in the Houston area, and the one thing that stood out was the quality of Highland Homes changed. Solid foundation, quality of material, and a of different plans to choose from! We are very pleased with Highland Homes and would definitely recommend them as your future home!

Excellent and modern structure very satisfied

After signing a contract with another builder and getting three weeks out from closing, the poor workmanship and constant installation of wrong materials caused us to cancel that contract and begin the search again. That’s when we met Teri at Highland Homes. Her courteous and knowledgeable demeanor, along with the pride in the quality of Highland Homes instantly sold us. So then the building process began. Greg, our construction foreman, was absolutely top notch! He went above and beyond to respond to any questions we had along the way and resolve any concerns we had throughout the process, and to this day checks in on us to make sure all is well. I have built 4 homes in my time, but will never again consider another builder. Highland is absolutely top notch and I am thrilled to recommend them to anyone!!! ... Más

Great quality build

We were nervous about the process of building a house having always bought prebuilt homes before. Highland Homes was easy to work with and made it a good experience. I've also noticed that they are more responsive to issues that arise than other builders in my neighborhood comparing experiences in my neighborhood's online community group. So bravo Highland and I recommend them highly!

From the start day to closing day, Hector and Layne always made sure we were taken care of and we had a great experience!
