The whole team with Highland did an excellent job building the house and the quality is seen through every square inch of the home. I have and would continue to recommend working with this builder, they exhibit true professionalism throughout the whole process and we couldn’t be happier with our decision.

The home buying process with Highland was overall a great process. Todd was very professional, knowledgable and responsive. He believed in the quality of Highland’s homes, and it showed. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. Ian and Ashley were phenomenal. They are both very detailed oriented and are always on top of things. We are still amazed at how they handle so many houses without having anything fall through the cracks. The experience going through the builder’s lender was not good and needs to be improved. The design center process was not bad. There were times where the response times were slow, but we were pleased with the choices offered by Highland. I had a positive experience with Troy, Chris and Pedro throughout the building process. From our first meeting to closing day, everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They kept me informed at every stage and were willing to answer questions or walk me through details, which made the experience feel much less overwhelming. I appreciated how organized and communicative the team was. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly, and they truly made me feel like my home mattered to them—not just another project. As for the home itself, I’m very happy with how everything turned out. The layout is functional and thoughtfully designed, and the craftsmanship and finishes reflect quality work. I had a really good home buying experience with Highland home. From sales consultant Jake to construction manager Bennett, all provided me with very helpful information, Bennett send the weekly progress on time. Fixed the issues promptly!! I will recommend Highland home to my friends and family!

My husband and I had the best experience with Highland. From walking through the home to purchasing to doing the walkthroughs with Yale, everything went as smoothly as possible and we couldn’t be happier with our home purchase. The quality of the materials used is very good, designs are beautiful and efficient, and there’s not wasted space. Yale was able to change out the things we didn’t like, add what we wanted/asked for, and above all else he is a very kind person. Even after we moved in he still comes to check on us or to help us find contractors for things we want to get done to the house (such as garage floor epoxy). Overall had a good experience. Mortgage process went smooth, closing was smooth, and construction manager was great during busy time at end of the year. I do feel like there could have been more done from an informational standpoint directly related to the neighborhood. There weren't any instructions about registering for the neighborhood amenities or anything like that. There also was not instructions for things like the smart home or security system. Again, these were just minor things to an overall good experience. I would recommend the community and Highland Homes to others

The floor plan is very nicely laid out. All cabinetry, flooring, appliances, etc. are of excellent quality.

Our journey with Highland was great from the beginning to end starting with our Realtor, Katrina and Sales Reps, CeCe and Fran in the model home and James, our Loan Officer along with Cricket and Karen and with our Construction Manager, James who kept us informed every week with the process of the construction of our home. They made every aspect of our journey a pleasure and since we moved in, they are still present to ask questions and help with our concerns. James have responded to every text, email or call and has even came by to check on us. We would definitely recommend each and everyone. ... Más

Very pleased with our new Highland townhome. Todd was great to work with. We had a few minor repair issues and Kris was on top of everything. He even went to the new house to meet the contractors when I was unavailable. Excited to be moving in.

My experience with the Anita and Bannett was beautiful. They were always ready to help. The paint used in the house especially the cabinet retains stains and difficult to wipe stains of them. And I think the furnishings in the house could heve been better too. But Anita and Bannett were awesome

We have been very satisfied with our first experience purchasing a Highland home. The staff is great to work with and very responsive. Never felt left out of the loop during construction. The portal is easy to use anytime we have a question or a request.

Buying a home can be extremely hectic. Lula not only provided guidance throughout the entire purchase process but often times going the extra mile answering calls/texts during off hours as well as taking time to explain to me in details of my questions or documents I don’t understand. Lane is professional and courteous. He paid great attention in details when doing home walk thrus and follows through timely on issue discovered either during walk through or responding to service requests. The people from Highland were really amazing at the time to buy the property. Everything went smoothly and was laid out point by point and followed to the dot. In regards to responsiveness they have been attentive and always making us feel as part of the community. I would definitely recommend them for building, ease of payment and warranty.

We have been very pleased with David, our point of contact throughout the construction of our home. He was proactive and quick to address any issues or concerns we had along the way. Overall, we’re very satisfied with our new home. Also, we dealt with Manny prior to construction and he was a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I worked with Tyler (Sales, 6 Creeks in Kyle) to purchase our home. Tyler made working through the details of the process easy and efficient -- and transparent. There we no surprises or stumbles along the way. Mark, the builder, was available at our convenience to make sure that the move in process and orientation to the home were all successful and met our expectations. Both Tyler and Mark have made themselves available to us personally for support in addition to the support provided by the Highland Homes app. Both men were also genuine in the approach and interactions, making good on any "promises" made. ... We have built 7 houses over the years but have always been local during the build. Not this time. We were 5 states away but our sales rep and our building superintendent kept us informed and shared progress pictures. Every detail was addressed along the way. Our best building experience.
