Am generally happy with my new home. There are some items that need to be corrected but I am sure that the building supervisor Clayton will assist me in correcting them

Tim, the on site sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and will always take your call to answer any last minute questions. Carter our most recent superintendent has been a pleasure to work with. Great team!

Enjoy working with Mike and Makenna. Very responsive. We're having some minor issues with the house now and Makenna is getting them addressed. Appreciate the Highland Team Elyson @ 80ft section.

The over all experience was good,

Stellar experience from beginning to end, and continue today. We had a warranty request for a tripping breaker and they fixed it in less than a week, no questions asked.

He was straightforward, attentive to our needs, a good listener, patient, always respond with promptness, knowledgeable, always went beyond what we asked, no hassle, no pressure. He responded with a quick yes to all our offers. Our experience from the new home consultant (Jay), Nick construction manager (was ok), to the closing table was seamless. David is outstanding. Outstanding. of course there will be issues during the building process. He understood our concerns and reassured us that things would be addressed and taken care of. He was confident and we were confident in his abilities. He is professional and friendly. We always felt he “heard” our concerns and addressed them quickly and appropriately. David made the building process smooth and pleasant. We’ve always heard the horror stories about building and the stress it can cause. And he finished early! Yay. We were able to move out of the apartment 2 months early! Working with David was a dream. There were a few moments of stress but nothing major and we knew with David on “our team”, things would be beautiful and solid. Highland is LUCKY to have David. It was an amazing experience building with Highland. Our sales agent and builder were both very helpful, cared for our needs, and went above and beyond to give us our dream home.

Home was in good shape. Just obvious things that should have been taken care of before like painting, staining, floor creaking. This would avoid a lot of back and forth with different workers fixing issues. Other than that the issues did get fixed, it just takes time and we are happy with our new home. The Highland Homes experience from the showing of my new home, to the buying of the home, the mortgage process through Highland Homes was and continues to be outstanding. From the start, dealing with Tiffany and Thea in the Sales Office who responded to every request I had since I was purchasing from out of state, moving from AZ back to TX, to Doug with the financing process, to Brody for fixing minor house issues as I moved in. Didn’t know what to expect in the beginning with the design and building process, but once communicating that we were interested and involved in the building process along the way, we were able to find trust in the Highland process. There were a couple of early issues, but Highland worked to provide acceptable solutions. Most important, we were grateful of the support and the timeliness of addressing issues of concern during the early stages of the warranty process after construction completion. The project manager was extremely helpful ensuring our satisfaction.

Highlands provided us with good service/assistance. They addressed our concerns and requests during the process of buying our home, made sure everything is on time up to the closing period. We were able to move in our new home as planned/scheduled. Terrence and Jovanni provided assistance and help

Overall Good, but sometimes i feel the responsiveness to issues is too slow

Overall experience went very smooth, from selecting lot, floor plan, brick, etc. A little more clarity on what are builder options vs design center options would be helpful. Also would like more options for lighting than what was offered. Construction phase went very good with timely updates and walk-thru meetings. Hector and John very great to work with.

Our Construction Manager, Ed, has visited on multiple occasions to ensure that any warranty matters are addressed in a timely manner.

Our experience with Highland was outstanding. Alicia S. And Debbie G. were wonderful to work with. Shawn D., who is now my neighbor, was a great builder. He was very patient with me as I stopped by the build nearly everyday. He was always willing to answer any and every question. Reggie did a great job of walking us through the financing process and getting us to the finish line. Highland was great!!

Great shoping experience, really nice house

Very nice set of people that work with highland home, even when my approval was delayed, they were very patient with me. The finishing of the house is topnotch, everyone that comes to my house always ask me, who is your building? They did a great job. I will always recommend Highland home.

Geoff has been amazing thru out the entire process

I am still waiting for light fixtures that were broke and another cracked, a crack I. Window front door repair and paint of shutter. I had one follow up but now nothing. I know they are busy just would like updates
