Didn’t know what to expect in the beginning with the design and building process, but once communicating that we were interested and involved in the building process along the way, we were able to find trust in the Highland process. There were a couple of early issues, but Highland worked to provide acceptable solutions. Most important, we were grateful of the support and the timeliness of addressing issues of concern during the early stages of the warranty process after construction completion. The project manager was extremely helpful ensuring our satisfaction.

Highlands provided us with good service/assistance. They addressed our concerns and requests during the process of buying our home, made sure everything is on time up to the closing period. We were able to move in our new home as planned/scheduled. Terrence and Jovanni provided assistance and help

Overall Good, but sometimes i feel the responsiveness to issues is too slow

Overall experience went very smooth, from selecting lot, floor plan, brick, etc. A little more clarity on what are builder options vs design center options would be helpful. Also would like more options for lighting than what was offered. Construction phase went very good with timely updates and walk-thru meetings. Hector and John very great to work with.

Our Construction Manager, Ed, has visited on multiple occasions to ensure that any warranty matters are addressed in a timely manner.

Our experience with Highland was outstanding. Alicia S. And Debbie G. were wonderful to work with. Shawn D., who is now my neighbor, was a great builder. He was very patient with me as I stopped by the build nearly everyday. He was always willing to answer any and every question. Reggie did a great job of walking us through the financing process and getting us to the finish line. Highland was great!!

Great shoping experience, really nice house

Very nice set of people that work with highland home, even when my approval was delayed, they were very patient with me. The finishing of the house is topnotch, everyone that comes to my house always ask me, who is your building? They did a great job. I will always recommend Highland home.

Geoff has been amazing thru out the entire process

I am still waiting for light fixtures that were broke and another cracked, a crack I. Window front door repair and paint of shutter. I had one follow up but now nothing. I know they are busy just would like updates

Terrific experience going through the process of a new build. The construction supervisor, Geoffrey, was fantastic and communicated promptly.

This was my second build. Highland went above my expectations in craftsmanships, customer service, and production deadlines. Glenn was a fantastic salesman and Jim was a phenomenal project manager. I could not have been happier with the process. I strongly recommend Highland homes to anyone looking for a new home in the area.

From my first interaction with Nelli and her team, the buying experience was better than I had ever experienced before. Nelli was patient and very knowledgeable. The help I received from Lindsay during the lending process was very professional and basically stress-free, which is unusual. Brandon and Ashley made the building of my home extremely pleasant because they were so patient, knowledgeable, an Very Responsive to any issue or question that I brought to them - and I had many questions and requests. The quality of the basic level of materials used was above what I had expected, and of course any upgrades were exceptional as well. The quality of workmanship was great in most instances, but did have to be revised in some areas, which I guess is to be expected, so overall - it was very good. They were all Very honest.

Overall a great experience. The salesman, Kevin did a great job and was very helpful to reach the end product. I do believe there is a problem with some of the construction personnel understanding the product that Highland Homes wants delivered to the buyer. This is our second Highland Home and they stand behind their word of getting it finished to that standard.

This is my second time building a home. Tracy T. and Ryan K. were great to work with and made the experience great. If I were to build another home, Tracy and Ryan would be my choice. I looked at many homes from other builders, but Highland Homes stood out.

Super happy with the home, our sales consultant Cory and our construction manager Eric. We had 2 minor issues and both were resolved perfectly in a timely manner. Over the years I’ve purchased several homes & this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

The over process was seamless and all personnel involved were professional, available, very responsive and helped this process to go smoothly before, during and after. I would highly recommend Highland Homes. They actually care about the buyer's concerns and needs and have beautiful and quality homes and very nice and well kept communities.

The purchasing experience was easy. Wish there was a way to see upgrade options and costs when purchasing. Wish HOA rules were available before you decide to purchase aa they are very restrictive. Mostly my disappointment came from the condition of the home when we moved in. If you buy - Don’t expect a decent construction clean. I have never worked so hard to clean a brand new house. It is obvious that contractors and cleaning crew lack any attention to detail. Almost seems like they don’t care about their own quality. Contractors leave trash and empty water bottles etc on your property when they are near by or are on your property to repair. Total lack of respect. Love the house. Still working almost two months later to have it look as it should have when we closed. ... Más

Our overall all experience is beyond great. Highland Homes as a company and staffs are the best in town. They really go above and beyond on any issue that might arise during any phase of construction or inspection. Their commitment and professionalism are truly unmatched. They always take the time to listen and address all the issues before and after closing. Their word is a bond. Also, we find that Highland Homes come with several standard features that considered upgrades with other builders as well as practical floor plans that have great noise control, energy efficiency, and yet serve every single need of any family from living, cooking, playing, working or studying.
