Both our builder and sales lady were very professional and attentive to anything we needed, including responding to texts and emails. The whole process was excellent! Only issue was a bowed framing around the master shower. We expected a much higher attention to detail on the construction side.

Everyone on the team is knowledgeable, helpful and nice. The weekly construction calls keep us informed all the way through our build. Fantastic experience!

We loved the house, and Daniel was great to work with, and made this process very easy and straight-forward. The only issue I have with it is that the finish out was not the greatest, there were some of out doors that appear to have been hastily painted, paint chipped off of some of the walls, etc. All of that was pretty minor though, and the overall experience e was about as good as one could've hoped for in building a house.

Our construction project manager was wonderful and worked closely with our realtor. It was unbelievable with what’s going on in the world, but he delivered the project on time. Amazing. Build materials are decent quality - above average - but not what we are used to coming from a DiVosta home in Florida. The windows are the most noticeable difference. They are lower quality and the frames around them are slightly off. Not our PM’s fault by any means. Thank you - we would choose highland homes again!

Design experience was excellent, with great communication and assistance with selection of elevation, brick, flooring, and options. Great assistance with electrical/switches/outlet design by construction manager. The construction manager also did a great job keeping us up to date on progress, including frequent pictures and timelines for next steps. We had delays and selection problems due to supply chain and supplier issues with brick and flooring, so we had no choice but to reselect both several times and ended up with not getting our first, second, or even third choices. But once built, Highland was pretty responsive early on to correct the very few minor problems. It took a while to get most done due to manpower shortages and covid (still waiting on electrician) but we love the workmanship and design of our new home! The neighborhood is also awesome! ... Más

They kept us up to date during the whole building process (during covid) regarding shortages and delays. We were living out of town and they were very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. Our construction manager sent periodic updates and pictures as well; she was extremely knowledgable about every question we had and every little detail. We would definitel buy from High;and Homes again.

The salesperson (Jennifer) was outstanding throughout the entire process. She has continued to assist us during required follow up and issues that needed to be addressed. We had the typical issues that needed follow up and Chris has been great during the process of addressing any issues that required follow up by the builder. Our overall impression with Highland Homes is that they build a quality house and stand behind their product.

Our project manager, Shane H., is a gem! He exceeded our expectations in every respect!

The entire process was an absolute pleasure. They’re were some hurdles with my selling process and this team was so very patient. They treated me like a person and not just a buyer. I really appreciate it.

The build process went very smoothly especially given that I was out-of-state and only able to visit a couple of times. I think that this was largely due to the sales counsellor, designer and construction manager. The sales counselor in particular was always reachable and responsive to requests for information, offering suggestions, and discussing/implementing changes. Mine was a Spec house and I am very happy with the designer's choices of those details that I would otherwise have had to make. Overall, the workmanship and materials are excellent - any reservations I have are pretty inconsequential. Based on my experience I would say that buyers of a Highland home can expect a responsive team that will deliver you a house that you will be happy to call home. ... Más

Overall a good experience despite the delays in materials. Not Highlands fault. Dealing with the design center was a bit of a cluster. Overall , would build with Highland again

Highland uses all the spaces in your home. Extra closets and storage are everywhere in this home.

We built during the pandemic. When most builders were taking shortcuts, 12+ months to build and changing contracts, Highland Homes stayed consistent with their original promise to the best of their ability. They also had great upgrades and options to choose from that made our house really stand out from others in the community. We feel like we got a quality home vs. a cookie cutter one. The only downside to our process was the lack of communication from our project manager, which required numerous escalations just to find out what was going on with our home. Overall satisfied, it’s a very beautiful house and we love it. The only thing is that the contractor forgot to build a linen closet for our upstairs. Now that we closed, they didn’t go back in to fix it.

Everybody we worked with was very nice and really helpful and always got back to us. Customer service is important and Highland homes has it down.

My husband and I were looking for a "forever home" to grow our family and raise our kids. We weren't happy with what we found in the market so decided building was the right choice for us. We interviewed a few different builders in various communities and fell in love with Highland Homes at Davis Ranch. We were able to find a lot and a floor plan that met 100% of our needs. The process was very straightforward and easy from the day we signed our contract to the day we moved in.

Love the home. Glenn in sales and Tommy the construction manager did an outstanding job. They made the process smooth from begining to end.

We have been very impressed with the quality and detail Highland Homes puts into the home. Their response to warranty issues or after sale issues has been great.

My overall experience with highland homes was great. Kathi, the sales counselor, answered all of our questions. She continued to help us even after closing on our home with some issues we were having. John, our lender, was very knowledgeable and easily accessible throughout the process.
