Había construido una casa antes de esto con un constructor diferente y asumí que experimentaría muchos de los mismos problemas y el estrés relacionado con esta nueva construcción con Highland. ¡Afortunadamente estaba equivocado! El proceso de principio a fin fue como un sueño. Cuando surgió algún problema (como es la naturaleza de la nueva construcción), el equipo de Highland (especialmente el constructor y el Representante de ventas) fueron sobresalientes. De hecho, disfruté inmensamente cada fase y estoy muy agradecido con Highland por esa experiencia. Tienen mi máxima recomendación.

La casa se entregó según lo prometido y en excelentes condiciones. Todos los elementos que descubrimos posteriormente que queríamos direcciones se solucionaron rápidamente sin ningún problema. Muy satisfecho con las casas de Highland.

En general, comprar nuestra Highland Home fue una experiencia positiva. Hubo varios problemas durante la construcción, pero eso le sucede a todos los constructores de viviendas. Melissa, nuestro gerente de construcción, fue muy atento y se ocupó de cada problema rápidamente.

My overall experience with Highland Homes was excellent. Much of this was due to our Construction Manager, Devin, who was very professional, knowledgeable and followed up on any requests or changes needed. I would say the concrete work both for the driveway and patio was not top quality. The driveway had sections that didn’t match in color and finish. It looked like the concrete was too wet when poured causing stones to already rise to the surface. The patio surface was not a smooth surface and had pitting in multiple areas.

Builder has been responsive and easy to work with! Made the home buying process easy. Happy with my house and everything about the experience so far.

Tyler has been such a great resource throughout this entire process. He has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient with me as a first-time homebuyer and single mom. I am very grateful for all of his help and guidance along the way. We have truly enjoyed our Highland Home so far and appreciate all he did to make this experience such a positive one.

We purchased an inventory home and there are a few items that I would have certainly addressed if I had a home built instead. For example, the walls around the media room are not insulated so we are unable to enjoy sound isolation when watching a movie. The landscaping (plants / shrubbery) was installed too close to the driveway so that you have to step into the landscaping to exit your vehicle. The plumbing through the walls is not insulated for sound in anyway so anytime we use water, you can hear it clearly through the walls. Thus far, myself & my wife do like & enjoy our new Highland Home. Furthermore, though with the issues we have had since our March 6th move in … has been problematic at times. The Builder management team has been very responsive & professional in helping getting the maintenance issues resolved & inspected when I have communicated house defects to them. I wish as also my wife does, that interior painting was not done cheaply with the paint that came with. And instead had a gloss to paint and a different color tone instead of the powder base white it has. But overall we love the house.

I had a great experience building with Highland Homes, largely thanks to the builder /PM…Ryan. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to work with, always responsive, consistently available, and quick to address any concerns that came up along the way. Whenever an issue arose, Ryan didn’t just acknowledge it; he followed through and resolved it promptly. That level of communication and accountability made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. I’d highly recommend Highland Homes, and Ryan in particular, to anyone considering buying or building a Highland home.

Jovanney Adam and Ana were knowledgeable about all things involving the home. All questions and issues were addressed to satisfaction. The home quality this far has meet our expectations. If we had to do it over again we will still choose this home and the Highland team in this community to partner with on such a big investment.

I had a positive experience with Troy, Chris and Pedro throughout the building process. From our first meeting to closing day, everyone was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They kept me informed at every stage and were willing to answer questions or walk me through details, which made the experience feel much less overwhelming. I appreciated how organized and communicative the team was. Any concerns I had were addressed promptly, and they truly made me feel like my home mattered to them—not just another project. I had a really good home buying experience with Highland home. From sales consultant Jake to construction manager Bennett, all provided me with very helpful information, Bennett send the weekly progress on time. Fixed the issues promptly!! I will recommend Highland home to my friends and family!

Good builder, Megan the sales from Highland help to decide the material from beginning until closing. And the contractor guy dalton always updated me about the house

It was an excellent experience during and after the buying experience. We love our new home. Devin and Linda were absolutely incredible.

My husband and I had the best experience with Highland. From walking through the home to purchasing to doing the walkthroughs with Yale, everything went as smoothly as possible and we couldn’t be happier with our home purchase. The quality of the materials used is very good, designs are beautiful and efficient, and there’s not wasted space. Yale was able to change out the things we didn’t like, add what we wanted/asked for, and above all else he is a very kind person. Even after we moved in he still comes to check on us or to help us find contractors for things we want to get done to the house (such as garage floor epoxy). Overall had a good experience. Mortgage process went smooth, closing was smooth, and construction manager was great during busy time at end of the year. I do feel like there could have been more done from an informational standpoint directly related to the neighborhood. There weren't any instructions about registering for the neighborhood amenities or anything like that. There also was not instructions for things like the smart home or security system. Again, these were just minor things to an overall good experience. I would recommend the community and Highland Homes to others
