This is the first time I have built a house and I picked the right builder. Gracie and Conner were both great to work with. Had a question, they would get back to you within a couple of hours. The entire process from picking out my house plans to picking the lot, to deciding on what kind of interior I wanted went without a hitch. I would highly recommend Highland Homes, Gracie and Conner for anyone looking to build a new home.

David was such a great and responsive project manager from the beginning of structural selections to the closing walkthrough appointments. He explained everything thoroughly at our appointments and during the final walkthrough the house. He was able to send extra pictures and videos of our house throughout the phases and super flexible with our out-of-state schedule. He was very friendly and easy to work with by communicating through text/phone calls. David addressed all of our concerns and requests after we closed. Alan, David, and Lance kept us in the loop throughout the entire buying/building process. Gai from the loan department, also did great reaching back to us whenever we had questions. We hired a 3rd party inspector for the pre-drywall inspection and final inspection. David and Lance addressed and fixed ALL the concerns our inspector found. I would highly recommend Highland Homes to all our family and friends.

As an Architect and Contractor, I know and understand the design and construction process. In looking for a builder I reviewed current Highland homes under construction and was impressed with the design, quality and attention to detail. Our Sales Counselor was amazing. She explained the process and helped with our initial budget, our final contact was under that budget! She was always available and provided great insight on options. The design process was excellent, the design center provided a lot of really good materials to choose from. We knew the cost impact of design decisions throughout the process. Our construction manager was involved in the design phase and kept us up to date on the progress of construction and explained next steps clearly. There are always issues with construction, he was all over anything that needed attention. We decided on Highland homes because our relator Aaron, he sold us on highland homes. Then the sales person, Adam was on point with his expertise and knowledge. We had the best project manager and he truly made our experience top notch. He was responsive and continues to be responsive with any questions we have. He listened to our questions and concerns and was always proactive with any challenges. The project manager can make or break your experience and I wish everyone could experience having someone like Jovanny on their team through the building process.
