Our superintendent Blake was awesome! Monica and Sydney were a pleasure to work with. They all took care of us while trying to build a home while still living over 2.5 hours away. Highland Homes was a very accommodating builder which was much appreciated.

Well built home that responds perfectly to our needs

The experience of purchasing home from Highland home are great and smooth. The builder response quick to our questions and need. Though we found some issues before/after the moving-in, they all get quickly resolved by the builder.

I have built multiple homes with multiple builders. From the very beginning of this process, I have nothing but good things to say about Highland Homes! I had the best experience planning the right floor plan for the lot I chose with my sales contact, Andrew and my builder Kel has taken care of me every step of the way. I am happily in my home now for the last few months and can’t say enough about the quality and design. Any small warranty items have been well received and taken care of promptly. I had awesome experiences with sales (Val) and walk through with the builder (Mike). Mike and Val have been responsive to all my questions and completed any actions that were needed. Val has made me feel welcome in the community with her kindness, reminders, and holiday greetings. More than happy with my new home.

I find Tm and Dalton to be very helpful in the process. Any issues that have come up Dalton has been amazing dealing with it.

Builder associates, construction manager and workers are very good in responding to the requests and had a very really good experience. But the quality of the material is not good and very much disspointing.

Builder was very responsive to any issues I needed them to address. The selling agent was also always available and interested in our needs. The product was very good, except that some of the subs may have rushed. The door was not put on with a screw large enough to keep it from sagging, so until that was fixed the deadlock did not smoothly engage. The down spout pulled off the wall on the side of the house after the first big rain, and the paint on base boards around the floor blistered mysteriously, possibly cause by very small amounts of water (perhaps particle board?). However, Highland quickly acted to remedy all of these problems and was sympathetic to my concerns -- so I am satisfied. Even though Like the company, I have to be honest so I could not give them a 5 on quality of workmanship & materials. Perhaps this sort of problem happens with all builders. ... Más

great home building company with exceptional customer service

Our project manager Blake was the best. He was always responsive and took care of all of our questions and request. The quality of work done on our home was exceptional.

Highland Homes builds a great product! Their architecture, design and finish out are amazing. We went from a fully custom home to an inventory home, and it was a near flawless transition. I would recommend them to anyone. I would not recommend their Home loans, but as a builder they are amazing!

My experience with Highland Homes goes back to the 80’s as a child, when my parents purchased two Highland Homes in the Dallas area. So, when it came time to purchase a Highland Home for my own family, the decision and trust in the brand was easy, already proven, and well established. I will say that my own experience on the construction side wasn’t flawless, but when it came time to make things right and address found issues, responses and actions taken were swift . Highland Homes, like many truly customer-centric corporations, continues to solidify that their customers (and their name/brand) is important in their continued success. Unfortunately, the barn door has been mistakenly built (not per dwgs), and it's been 2 months without a resolution to this mistake.

Valerie was our sales rep and Michael our builder. Both were friendly and professional. Both were responsive and we felt like they were looking out for us.

My experience with Tim was the best experience a home buyer can ask for. Easy to work with, listens and truly cares for his customers. Always willing to help bring your dream to reality. This also rings true for his team. From builder to the supporting staff, they were a pleasure to work with and delivered on their word.

We are blessed to have made this purchase with highland . Quality was excellent.

Buying experience excellent but too many amenities were upgrades. Superintendent not as attentive once you’ve gone to closing. No real follow through.

Higland homes are luxury homes. They are not cheap but an excellent investment with high quality. If you looking for quality then highland homes is your 1st and last stop

Process was seamless from sales of lot, internal design and upgrades.

Everyone we interacted and worked with at Highland were great. The Bridgeland sales, admin and construction folks were very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend Highland as a conscience and professional organization.

I had a great experience with the builder and he met all my needs and addressed all my concerns.
