From the minute we met the Highland team at Woodlands Hills we were immediately impressed with their professionalism, friendliness and the quality of their homes. As a result of this initial meeting we made a decision to buy a Highland Home and I would 100% recommend Highland as a trusted builder.

From the first time we stooped to look at the model through the finalizing of our mortgage approval, Highland Homes was extremely easy to work with and highly responsive to our needs. Towards the end of the process, we needed to move our closing date up and they bent over backward to make it happen for us. We've been in our home for almost 3 months and so far it is fantastic. No major issues. The few minor things that have come up the builder has been highly responsive to and worked quickly to make it right.

Builder was easy to work with and you were allowed to make changes (to add or delete) to the existing floor plan within reason.

Builder foreman was thorough and responsive, and caring. Efficient and effective; love the floor plan.

The quality of the home is overall very good. We do have a few concerns: very small and shallow bathroom drawers; cupboard doors don't have soft-close; no garbage/recycle spaces included in kitchen cabinetry; very bottom kitchen cabinetry difficult to access--pull out drawers would be helpful. Highland folks we have connected with have been prompt, courteous and helpful.

Our construction manager, Ben, provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. This includes guidance on a number of upgrades that we considered, as well as, immediate repair and replacement of the very few items that were not quite right. Ben's expertise and good attitude throughout the process was greatly appreciated.

The experience was really good. The salesman, (Jarrod) receptionist,(Michelle) builder supervisor(Dale) and everyone was very knowledgable and kind. If there are problems that come up, they handle them with much care. Very pleased with Highland Homes!!!

We love our floor plan and the high ceilings and quality of workmanship that Highland offers. We loved our sales person and project manager who were with us the whole time our house was being built . They were very responsive in fixing the few issues we had after closing.

Great experience, listened to our concerns at every stage

The house is beautiful, and our builder Ben has been very responsive about taking care of some little things that need to be fixed. Overall, the workmanship is good, and my husband and I are very pleased.

We found the process very easy, Steve and Andrew where easy to work with and accommodating with every request and sometimes rushed deadlines. The only drawback with the lighting selections.

During the start of Covid-19 we were worried if we had made a bad decision to buy with the uncertainty. But working with Highland Homes and our builder Jason was a very easy process. Very happy with the end result and all the steps in between.

Overall has been a great experience and would recommend to anyone!

My wife and I have been very pleased with our new Highland home. The whole Highland team. sales, construction, financing, that worked with us from beginning to end were always very professional, courteous, and responsive.

We absolutely love our home and thoughtfulness on how it was built. The building materials used are of high quality. Our only concern is the quality of the bathroom cabinets is not what we would have expected for this price point. Our home buying process went well and Highlands exceeded our expectations with their professionalism.

Our home was a builder home which came with a number of upgrades. Overall we love it. There are a couple of things that need to be addressed ( no show stoppers), With the pandemic and all the response has been a little less than desirable.

Process from build to finish was well managed and communicated

Overall the quality’s very good. We’ve had a few small issues, which is to be expected, but Highland’s been very responsive to address them. Great people to work with. Wish the Ranches at Creekside developer and HOA were as quick and responsive as Highland’s been.

Best experience to date. The new home sales associate was second to none.
