We are very happy with our new home. Cassie Little and Walter Draughn of the sales team were very helpful. Our construction manager Bennett Bowles was terrific. He was professional, personable and kept us in the loop on the status of the project. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed by the sales and/or construction team. We love our floor plan and are very happy with the design materials.

All aspects of this home build and purchase were excellent. Brandon and Zibah were great to work with - expectations and communications were clear and timely through whole process. Home was finished ahead of schedule. Pre and post closing interactions were responsive. We have bought and sold several homes over the years - Highland is by far the best new home partner we have had. Would highly recommend Highland Homes.

Great experience and can’t wait to buy again

I had been faithfully checking the Highland Homes website admiring the beautiful homes after visiting the model several years ago. I previously was interested in the 218 floor plan but switched my preference to the 216 plan after seeing the upgrades. Now that I'm in my house, I am very grateful that I've been blessed with such a beautiful home for my family and I to enjoy for many years to come. I love everything about this house. The quality and workmanship is chef's kiss!! I previously owned a *L* home that was great but Highland Homes is 100x's better. The whole team is awesome! My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hector and Dakota at Highland Homes! Hector helped us find the perfect lot and design the home exactly to our liking. Dakota was extremely proactive and responsive throughout the entire building process. Any questions or concerns were promptly addressed and corrected if necessary. Even after we closed and moved in, Dakota made himself available to ensure we knew the ins and out of the new home. Both Hector and Dakota made the process seamless throughout and took all the hard work off my wife and I. She made the process feel smooth and stress-free. My construction manager for the second half of my build journey, Giovanni, was professional and easy to work with. Highland homes designs some of the best homes in highland. We bought a 65 foot lot with the one story home. The design is so grand from the entry you walk down this awesome hallway into a great room that includes large kitchen, keeping, dinning and living room with 14 foot ceilings!!!! The materials and finishes are all high quality. Our project manager Charles walked us through the entire process and made sure everything was done the way it should be. Every new home will have some issues or things that may not be completed correctly. We had very little issues and mostly just cosmetic. Everyone we have worked with at Highland Homes has been incredible!! We purchased at Cross Creek West and originally met with Virginia at Jordan Ranch and she was absolutely incredible!
