En general, una buena experiencia trabajando con el equipo de ventas. La casa está bien construida y bien diseñada.

Found numerous problems with the finish quality which could have been easily caught and rectified before sending it for closing. Did not feel like it is worth the money. It was evident that workers did not took good care of the house while they were working, scratches dents, over painting, flooring problem. We were disappointed for sure.

Had some bumps in the road, but in the end, all was addressed. Great communication through the process. Love our new home.

I will know better at the 1 year mark. Fixes are still in progress.

Overall the process was easy and people were extremly helpful. However, we were disappointed with limited amount of materials/colors/options offerred overall. In addition, when construction was completed, so of the location of the elements incorporated in the house could have been better placed.

The sales agent David is great. The turnover rate for the builders are terrible. We had three different builders by the time we closed. This lead to a lot of issues and barriers for closing, specifically things not getting ordered, projects not being scheduled in a timely fashion, and no one checking to see if projects were done to a certain standard ultimately leading to a six minute delay for closing and me missing out on great interest rates. Beautiful layout.. Wish we had been able to discuss an elevator prior to completion

Love the overall design and layout of the model. Frequent changes to personnel was a problem even when the personnel were good.

Had some delay due to COVID but construction manager Lamar and sales manager David Dempsey kept us in the loop. Attic access has been designed to be in room above fan which is highly inconvenient. Have to move bed and everything just to open attic access ladder. There were few other issues which were/are taken care of.

Overall Ok. Design center was awful and created most of our issues.

Patrick was an asset and still offers us great advice, great service and really good resources to use in getting our home to perfection

The neighborhood, its proximity to the surrounding community, and our neighbors are wonderful! The structural integrity of our home is solid (especially given the stringent inspections conducted by the City of Alpharetta). If you buy here, you will live in a solidly built home in a great location! With that said, the finishing touches leave A LOT to be desired. It's like Pulte ran an impressive marathon for the first 25.7 miles and then meandered for the final half-mile. • The painting crew did an extremely poor and incomplete job. We've had them come out multiple times to do the job properly, and we're still needing to have them come out again. Their workmanship is the not the standard you'd expect from a John Weiland Home. • The staining crew for the stairs throughout the house also had poor workmanship, and like the painters, we're having them come back out to re-do all the stairs. • The cleaning crew honestly did not have workmanship from all appearances. We closed on the purchase of our home as we needed to move; however, we did provide this feedback in our survey to Pulte afterward, along with providing it here, in the hopes that for future builds in our neighborhood, Pulte finishes the race strong with the finishing touches that you'd expect when buying a John Weiland home at this price point. On the positive side, Pulte is stepping up in response to the issues and resolving them, which is a good and right thing to do. We're appreciative of that. Our view though is simply do the job properly the first time to avoid the extra time, cost, headache, and the feeling that corners are being cut at the finishing stages. Would we buy here again? Yes, absolutely. We know we have a solidly built home in a great location with friendly neighbors. We're very happy to be here, and we look forward to more neighbors joining us. Have reported several issues more than once that have not been resolved

Steve y Justin brindaron un excelente servicio. Le di 4 estrellas en la categoría de confiabilidad, debido a una diferencia con las líneas de límite. Este problema se resolvió, pero la comunicación para la oficina corporativa podría haber sido mejor. Aunque se registraron la servidumbre que no fue divulgada originalmente y las servidumbres adicionales necesarias antes del cierre. Nunca recibimos el mapa de plataforma firmado y sellado que solicitamos y nos dijeron que sería grabado. Este tirón no fue sobre Justin o Steve.

Ahora he residido en la casa durante 3 semanas y han aparecido muchos pequeños sucesos. Fugas, grietas, problemas de drenaje, una toma de corriente no funciona, una lámpara dejó de funcionar, una pequeña fuga de gas y algunos golpes en el panel de la ducha. Sin embargo, fuera de todo eso, la casa es bonita.

Ama el área, muy conveniente y el complejo es amigable, con espacios abiertos y mucho espacio para deambular. Mi casa fue comprada como una nueva construcción, así que no diseñé el interior, pero los diseñadores de Pulte hicieron un trabajo fantástico con los accesorios, es todo lo que estaba buscando. La mano de obra final careció de atención a los detalles y podría terminarse un poco mejor con un ojo atento, no creo que se haya realizado una inspección de atención al cliente antes del cierre porque fue un trabajo apresurado y ahora es evidente. Pulte Homes parece centrarse en la velocidad de construcción a expensas de la atención a los detalles. Hemos estado en nuestra casa menos de un mes y he pasado más de 7 días en casa en varios puntos esperando "operaciones de garantía para reparar / ajustar varios artículos. Es una expectativa razonable para una lista de tareas pendientes y entiendo cosas que necesitan ajustes". pero ha habido varias reparaciones y reemplazos. Con suerte, cualquier problema importante se mostrará en el año 1 cuando sea más fácil realizar el trabajo de garantía. PRO: Las casas son hermosas, lujosas y bien diseñadas. CON: Se construyen rápidamente, por lo que puede haber problemas menores de mano de obra.

Home tiene muchas características nuevas y una calificación de eficiencia muy buena. El acabado y la pintura de los paneles de yeso no estaban a la altura del resto de las características de la casa.

Nuestro constructor marcó la mayor diferencia en nuestro proceso. ¡Brent fue increíble!
