We had a very pleasand and smooth experience from our 1st time meeting Kim, our Sales Rep, to our final walkthrough with Tito, who explained everything in detail. Even after moving in and finding very minor issues, Kristie in the warranty dept, was exceptional in her making sure that the contractors were scheduled promptly, that that quality of the work was good,, and her follow-up after to assure we were happy with the work really put us at ease.

Our home buying/building experience was exceptional from beginning to end.

It was a good experience. I would just tell people that the day you get the “Gold key delivery”, even though it says 9am, plan on getting the keys at 5 pm. That was the only bad experience about the move in.
