Staff was very helpful and responsive to my questions and addressed a few small issues immediately.

I love my new home. I bought a quick delivery unit so had no personal input into the build. There is very little I would have don’t differently. I’m very comfortable here.

U may experience constructions around the areas can be annoying but overall the community is pretty great/ new homes/ safe/clean/ great landscaping/friendly neighbors

Devin kept me informed the entire time on the progress, Jeff made sure it was done correctly. I was quite impressed with the final inspection, KHov was more particular than I was, much to my satisfaction.

We were kept informed throughout the whole process. The people that walked us through the house was very informative and helpful.

When I relocated to Delaware I had decided that I will purchase a resale. After searching around I wasn’t happy with what I was finding. My son suggested that I build a new home like he did that way I can have the things that I wanted. I then contacted K. Hovnanian Homes they worked with me through the whole process. Dave, Anthony and the Mortgage Team were Awesome!!! Even during COVID (love, peace & blessings to those affected), Anthony still managed to meet all commitments on time and delivery a quality home! The things that stands out the most is Value!!! We were on a limited budget and were shopping for homes for about 6 months before finding KHov. With the current incentives and the help of our sales associate David, we were able to purchase a new build, in some cases less than existing homes and customized it to our liking. The builder was very informative and accommodating with scheduling due to the Pandemic and stayed on schedule as much as possible.The house was very well put together craftsmanship and quality second to none.Salesman and manager’s went the extra yard to ensure that my family was was happy with the end product This was the first time purchasing a home from KHovanian and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home the experience was Great!!

David and Anthony represented the company extremely well. They both made the entire process for my wife and I exceptionally easy as first time home buyers. Their immediate responsiveness to any/all of our questions was fantastic. Also, very impressed with their knowledge and competency! We had a good experience from start to finish.

The house itself is very nice. Friends have admired it. There are some problems with the house that you would only find after daily living. We have a list of items that need the attention of K. Hovnanian service to correct before giving a five-star rating.

My lawn was 3/4 dead and it wasn’t fixed

The builder here was great... He was responsive and informative. He listened to my concerns and did everything he could with-in his boundaries.

I had a good experience and Devin was the best very understanding.
