Victor, the builder, was exceptional in keeping me abreast of the progress of the construction, on a weekly basis. Through photos, videos, and text messages I felt very much informed throughout the construction process - I thank the builder immensely for the open and consistent communication as well as the excellent craftsmanship on my home; he was also very thorough in the last walkthrough before Closing, taking time and patience to explain everything to me. The Closing experience could be greatly improved, however, and a more concierge-type approach would have made for a smoother and more enjoyable process in the days leading up to, and on the day of Closing. As an out of town buyer the sales and PM team were accommodating to the process. Our specific options were incorporated to the build plan and we closed on time. Small repairs prior to closing and under warranty the months following were handled timely and to standards. Great team of professionals.

This is our 5th home purchase and by far the easiest. From our Sales Rep, Mortgage Rep, Closing Rep to our Construction Manager they made this Home purchase worth it. We got more square footage and upgrades for less than what we were looking at with Pulte in the same area. Every home new or old needs something corrected. We only had very minor issues that were quickly corrected. We highly recommend K Hovnanian.

We had a very pleasant experience with Nick and Kody our building managers who assisted us when walking through of new home during the building process and gold key orientation. There was multiple follow ups after closing to ensure every was going well and to answer our questions. We highly recommend this builder for their quality of build and customer service attentiveness. In this market, trying to navigate home buying when you're in another state is challenging. I wanted my forever home and did not want to settle, therefore decided to build a new home. After flying into town and looking at other builders in other areas around central Florida, I ended with K. Hovanian. It didn't take long for me to decide that I had found where I wanted to spend the rest of my days and leave something for my family to enjoy years down the road. While I had to wait 2 months for the lot I wanted to become available, I saw prices slowly climbing but was lucky to get in before they escalated too much more. I do wish there had been a few more choices for things like backsplash, flooring (carpet), etc. overall I am very pleased with how things turned out. The design center appointment was an all day and somewhat stressful experience to make so many decisions and in some cases limited choices. I did fly into town for this visit although it was offered to be done virtually amid the pandemic. Being able to clearly see my choices and how they would look laid out together was definitely work the trip. I also only wish that the builder allowed some changes along the way during the building process. I had times where I had wished that I had selected something that I had originally opted not to do and would have loved to be able to add that in. The sales team was great the construction manager assigned to my build were awesome! All of my issues/questions were addressed promptly and professionally. I am impressed with Khovnian home selling process. This is my first home and it was comfortable all the way. Little hiccup at the end but nothing compared to the horror stories I heard. I will always refer friends and family. Excellent experience
