My wife and I have bought and sold 5 06 houses the past 30+ years. This is by far our favorite. No new build house is perfect, but this is the closest to perfection we have ever seen.

I purchased a model home and am very happy with it. The home inspector even remarked that it is one of the most well-constructed homes he has ever seen, and he could tell that the builders were very conscientious and avoided some of the problems and mistakes he often sees with less experienced (or less conscientious) builders. I’ve lived in my house a few months now and it’s been great. Good quality build. Nice finishes. The sales and construction teams have also been great at responding to any minor issues. I’m overall very happy with the purchase.

Coming from Chicago and Colorado we were pleasantly surprised about the large lots, large floorplans and quality of the home that we bought at very a competitive price. KHOV post purchase support is great. They are responsive, knowledgeable and have great people working for them. If we ever buy our 3rd home the 1st preference would be for a KHOV home.

Great experience working with the sales agent and the construction manager. Loved the house from the first time I saw it. It’s just the right size for me and the workmanship is excellent. This is my forever home.
