Delivery was on time as predicted before groundwork had even been started. Quality was excellent and no problems found after 3 months of living there.

Chris MacLaird was excellent throughout the process, responsive and achieved results to address concerns to satisfaction. The rest of the build team to include Max Palomeque were also attentive to our concerns and was thorough through the initial inspection and gold key. The team has also been responsive after closing and has checked in with us multiple occasions to ensure we're settling in without issues. Structure-wise, K.Hov uses quality build materials above standard and has floor plans designed with multiple considerations in mind to address comfort, ease and efficiency.

The whole team was great and made a great home for my family

From the pre-drywall walk-thru to the final Gold Key delivery, Mike was there to ensure all of my questions were answered. He took extra steps to make sure I was happy with my home, even going so far as to make adjustments to the length of the chandelier to make sure I was comfortable with the height!

The opportunity of purchasing a new home from K. Hovnanian Homes is the best decision that I have ever made. It has been since July 21st and I am as happier today as I was the first day that I received my keys. I feel that I made a great choice. This community is a quiet and peaceful environment . Easy to deal with and very Friendly

We just moved into our new home and are really happy with everything so far. The community is developing nicely, and it already feels like a great place to live. One thing that really stands out is the leadership—Ram, who’s in charge of the project, has been awesome. He actually listens to homeowners and takes feedback seriously, which makes a big difference. It’s clear they care about building not just houses, but a strong, welcoming neighborhood. We’re excited to see how everything comes together as the community grows.

Airplane noise is mitigated but it was there and drove my wife crazy the first few weeks. Except for outside noises, the condo to condo noises have been okay. The visitor parking situation is very bad and that's due to the actions of fellow owners and the non-action of KHov. If you are going to sell your condo, I can't picture an Open House because only illegal street parking is currently available. There were some building flaws and the most common one I see is separation between base moulding and the wall and even in shower areas. I've had bathroom makeovers and I've never seen that so early. We were not involved in the process of picking out things and came near the end of the process. So, I won't bother to comment on appliances, etcetera. We were downsizing from house to condo but we underestimated how much stuff we had even after donating and giving away lots of stuff. I do like the garage and driveway combo but they are so tight for our RAV4 that we've thought about downsizing our car. ... Más
