We are very happy with the purchase of our new home. The upgraded appliances are a nice bonus. The high ceilings lend to an open air feeling and brings in more natural light in the house which was important to the decision of the purchase. The neighborhood suits our needs with wide sidewalks for walking and bicycling. The clubhouse is fun. We are very pleased with the response of the K Hov team when we have an issue that needs attention.

Our sales person was wonderful, he went over every detail and sent pictures of ongoing construction. We were kept abreast of pending completion date and the necessary procedures needed for settlement.

Everything was very good except for getting a khav montage. Find your own financial institution.

The entire process from purchase to move in went smoothly, with no delays. Our interactions with the builder’s team has been excellent. They respond to you in a prompt manner, always courteous and professional. Most importantly they deliver on their promises and keep you apprised of the status of any issues. My family loves the new home and we see ourselves enjoying living here for many years.

We bought our forever home recently with KHov group and the whole experience was pleasant. All paperwork dealt in a timely fashion. Prompt responses from the warranty team has been a wonderful support. Thank you!

Your team is very professional and attentive to the owner’s needs. When things are ask of them , they make sure we are taken care of.

We had looked at multiple sites in DEL, and over a 2 years - locked in on KHOV having floorplans we liked. Jeff our rep - was great, we visit 3 times over a year before deciding. After signing a contract - actively kept us updated each week on the build progress with Conner the Site Super. The house was delivered almost a month earlier than planned. After living in for 3 months, no regrets or complaints.

The focus on customer service was first class. From the salesperson to the closing and everyone in between, the process was as easy as it could be. Connor is a superb site manager and his honesty and punctuality were a credit to him and the team as a whole.

We love our new KHOV house! Our sales rep was amazing and made the purchase seamless. Our on site team spent a lot of time with us showing us all the high tech features and how to use them. I would highly recommend KHOV as a high end builder. Their follow up is top notch and their home warranty portal is easy to navigate. Overall five stars.

I purchased many homes in my lifetime, and I must say that here at K. Hovnanian, "Four Seasons" it was a breeze with the help of the personnel that was always readily available. From picking the model, the lot, the exterior and interior, everyone was there to assist in a courteous and professional manner. Now that I moved in, I learned that professional technicians are available for any issues that might come up with my new home free of charge for the whole first year. I like that.

Jennifer, the sales consultant, is so kind and made my buying experience so special. I can tell she loves her job and is trying to get the right fit of home for the buyer. I am disappointed about the backyard, but I hope to make it my own. The cost will be expensive and I think that should have been adjusted in the total price somewhat. The maintenance crew is dependable and fixed my needs promptly and efficiently. I love my house so much. It’s beautiful.

This is a new community still growing and has exceptional quality and is a great value to invest in and to become a new home for any potential buyer. Get in early and watch it grow.

Buying my new home was a very easy process. Kaci was my sales associate and she was wonderful! Everyone on the team was also very accommodating and friendly! Eli, the project manager was there to answer all of my questions and fixed the little kinks I had having a new build. I would highly recommend K Hov. Craftsmanship of the actual house is quality work!

From the beginning of meeting the sales people and questioning what this area is like and what the homes were like and what all was involved we got a lot of answers upfront. I never once felt persuaded or intimidated to buy. I love the area and I knew I wanted to be here. I bought a home that was already built, and I never had to make any decisions as to what I was buying. And I still love it. As far as quality of what is in this home, I feel it is top notch for the most part. Was there hiccups?, sure. But what house doesn’t have that. So the people that fix the hiccups were super! I have no qualms about any of that thus far. I was truly scalable about getting one of these homes at the beginning, but because I loved the area I trusted the process and I am not looking back. Both my husband and myself are well pleased with the recent purchase of our new home in Four Seasons Carolina Oaks. We both are enjoying our new home and all that the community has to offer.

Great place to live in,. it's quiet and has a lot of activities for residents.
