Our sales rep, Susana, was incredible during the home buying process. I know there was a lot on her plate and she remembered everything we asked of her and she got it done. Very friendly and great at her job. She made us feel welcome and not pressured in any way to buy or upgrade anything. We got exactly what we asked for and she made it happen. Working with Deb for all of the design studio decisions was a delight. She made the design process fun and helped with any design and color choices we were unsure of. She was very informative of every option, including the price. She is much appreciated and we love our design choices. Our interactions with Brandon, our construction superintendent, were friendly every time. He informed us of everything that was installed in the house. Every meeting with him was pleasant and exciting since we got to see more progress on our house. He had the house built perfectly, minus any small repairs, but those were fixed afterwards with the help of our customer success manager Johnny. Johnny has been on it from day one. He has been incredible in getting all of our small fixes addressed. We gave him a decent list of fixes and he was able to schedule almost all of them in the same day. We appreciate that so much. Overall everyone we worked with had our best interest at heart and seemed to genuinely care about our need and decisions with the house and home buying process. Things take time, especially with it being a brand new community and we appreciate everyone we worked with at KB. I highly recommend these people at KB Homes. The sales team, the construction team, the subcontractors, the design team, everyone is on point in this organization. We got a great home with no issues at a reasonable price. Looking at several builders in the Boise area, the quality and finishes were just not at the same quality as KB. I watch home inspection videos on You Tube frequently and seeing what is found made me want to hire someone to check out if what I was seeing and experiencing was just surface level. What was found was a handful of small items that were easily remedied by the builder. KB is building the best product in the Treasure Valley. I would highly recommend. ... Más

From my first visit to the show home, to the design center, to the closing, the team that I worked with provided exceptional service, and bent over backwards to honor every request I had. Linda in sales, Rayland in construction and Brandy in customer service have been amazing. Moving from out of state where you’re not able to see everything and talk to people makes it even more crucial that this team stays on top of everything. I felt that I knew everything that was going on every week right until my move-in date. After moving in of course there’s always a few little things. They are always taking care of really quickly. This is my second KB Home and I wouldn’t go with any other builder. I love the ability to customize my home to what I want, I like the smaller square footage in a one story and the locations are always great if I ever have to build again, KB Home is my first choice ... We’ve now lived in our home for about 2 months and it has been amazing. Throughout the whole process, our sales agent, Ryan, was absolutely amazing. He made sure to update us with every change and new stage, shared tons of pictures, was there to help us with everything we needed, and made the overall process so smooth. Since moving in, we’ve had a few small warranty claims and Jaycee has been so quick to respond to them and get them taken care of. We truly could not have asked for a better experience buying our first home and are so appreciative of everyone at KB!

Our home buying experience with KB has been tremendous. From start to finish they have been there for us anytime there was a question or a concern. They always had a quick response and solution. From the initial visit to the model home to closing, it was a great experience. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions most of us will ever make. Everyone involved in the process was very responsive to my inquiries and concerns. The starting price point for my home was very reasonable and I appreciated the opportunity to purchase the options I wanted to make the home exactly as I wanted.
