The buying experience was great and moved quite quickly. We were updated on the progress of our home every week and it was built quicker than we expected. Overall the quality of the home is great and the customer service has been in touch with us often. We are very happy with our experience.

Myrna our sales rep was very kind, very helpful and kept us up to date in the build process. Raul was very knowledgeable regarding our mortgage loan and guided us through out the approval process. Laramie the construction manager was great, kept us informed of all the build. Paige was awesome very detail oriented when it came to our home interior design and was very knowledgeable. Christina has been keeping us informed about any details now that we have moved in and has been in constant contact with us regarding any issues the home may have. Thank you all!!! KB Home builds a quality home and I would refer them to family and friends

I changed jobs, had emergency surgery all through the building process and I never had to worry about the house. They kept in contact every week and sent pictures on the progress. Everyone from the sales team to the design center and construction were all great people to work with.

The whole experience from beginning to move in was quick and very easy. I was pre loan appproved in 15 minutes, and final approval in a week. We close in less than a month. The home is very well built and the fit and finish is really good. Several features you usually have to pay much more for.

Ray at EDP was amazing and helped us understand the process and got us excited every week with updated pictures. Jerry was phenomenal and responded to our questions quickly. We had an amazing experience with everyone there. I would recommend them to all my friends & family.

Both my husband and I love our new home. When we first went to KB office, we had an understanding staff (Ray) who helped through the whole process. It was a smooth process and did not experience any problems. We were grateful by KB staff, builder (Jerry) and Ray for the support they provided for us. We moved from CA to Sarhuarita, AZ and we are very happy here.

My wife and I bought a home from KB Homes at Gladden Farms. The whole experience could not have been more positive. For starters Chris at the sales office was courteous, professional and responsive to all our questions before we went ahead with the purchase. The house was not yet built when we committed to purchase it, and communications with both Chris and Tyler (the construction manager) was both constant and informative throughout the entire process. We also met via phone with the design team to make some upgrade selections and this too went without a hitch. In fact we were in Europe for over 2 months during construction, and during this time Tyler and Chris communicated with us every week with both pictures and the status of construction. Once back in the States we communicated via phone and more pictures, and even did our first "walk-through" via video conference with Tyler narrating as we viewed the house from Colorado. A week before closing we met with Michelle, who went over every detail of the house and made sure everything was ready before our final move in. Overall I cannot say enough about Chris, Tyler, the design team, Michelle, and even the title company. In this day and age when customer service is practically non-existent, it is good to know it is alive and well at KB Homes/Gladden Farms. Highly recommended. ... Más
