Fantastic staff and a wonderful 1st time home buyer experience! Sales Representative Anya was friendly and knowledgeable, She followed up promptly for any of my questions, when construction started Doug and his team keep me timely updates about the progress of construction, I really recommend people to buy new construction way better than old homes which are almost same prices.

As a first-time buyer, we were very intimidated by the process of buying a new home. The KB team was extremely helpful and helped us navigate this very complex process from start to end. They held our hand to the end zone. They answered all our questions and addressed the concerns we had.
