Although we moved into a home surrounded by lots under construction, the crew was always friendly and considerate in leaving the area swept and orderly at the end of the day.

Our family absolutely loves our KB Home! From the design to the details we were able to add at the studio we're in love. Beginning with the first steps of our purchase with the sales crew (Michael and Deb) I was impressed with their transparency and communication. At the studio, Debbie was extremely helpful as the choices were abundant. She understood we had a price range in mind and with her guidance we were able to design a killer home. Of course, with Covid this wasn't an ideal situation, but the crews pressed on and delivered our home within the time frame given. Tuvimos algunos problemas que se solucionaron, pero no estábamos seguros de cómo se perdieron en los tutoriales. Por ejemplo, se usó la pintura interior incorrecta, el plato de ducha agrietado, la pintura descuidada y el ocultador de cables no se instalaron correctamente. El equipo de servicio al cliente ha hecho un trabajo increíble.

El proceso tomó 6 meses, que es aproximadamente lo que se esperaba de la estimación original. La casa resultó hermosa y mi familia y yo estamos encantados con el resultado. Además de la calidad del producto final, todo el personal de KB ha sido y sigue siendo maravilloso en términos de comunicación constante y seguimiento de solicitudes / consultas. Recomendaría esta rama de KB a cualquiera que busque un nuevo hogar.

No me gustan las sorpresas ni buenas ni malas. Y eso es lo que obtienes de KB Home. Todo se entregó según lo prometido y según lo elegido en el momento de la compra. Eso es bueno.

The people we have dealt with have been great. The attention to detail of the final product needs more quality control. We have had some minor issues that probably should have been caught in the building process.

From the sales staff, to the people helping to get our house perfect, the experience has been great. Like any new home, there were items that needed to be fixed. The KB team was responsive and brought everything up to our expectations. My only issue was with the tech sub contractor, they left a cat5 wire with no connector.

New homes and all there energy saving qualities are the way to go

Check things carefully in your walk throughs. I was so excited to see it, I didn’t notice things that are bothering me now.
