The sales team, July and Leyla were very helpful since the purchase initiation to the final move-in. Kevin is also very professional and responsive to all service requests, creating a smooth moving in and settling experience.

We are very pleased with our new KB home! From the start of the purchase process with Sales, to the Design Center, and all the way through to the construction side of things, we have experienced a high quality product with the KB Brand!

My home is well built with lots of energy saving features. It is a great floor plan with careful thought given to the amenities. The onsite realtor, Girlie, went out of her way to get me into my home in less than two weeks after viewing it. Chen, the customer service guy, has taken care of all the fixes that needed to be done, in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble. I have bought several new homes in the past and KB Homes have been the absolute best by far! They most certainly put the customer first.

My experience was wonderful! The team was so caring and knowledgeable during the entire process. I was treated like family. KB Homes are highly recommended for great quality homes at affordable prices.

That KB Homes provides a high-quality home at a good price

Working with KB homes was really pleasant. I grew up in a home built by KB, and am proud to now own one for myself. From my salesperson to the foreman, all of my concerns were immediately addressed. The craftsmanship of my new home is top notch, and would absolutely recommend KB to my friends and family looking for a new home.

Absolutely fell in love with our new home, but the staff make the whole process easy and enjoyable. KB homes staff has great customer service! If the staff member couldn't help you they got back to you promptly or they would guide you to someone who could best assist you. Everyone went above and beyond the scope of their position. After we purchased our home multiple staff members reached out to myself and my husband to make sure everything went well and offered their assistance with anything that might arise. The quality of their workmanship and materials could be better. The garage door is very noisy and one can hear the footsteps very loud when people walk on the second floor.

KB Homes has build and designed our perfect home! The buying process was great! Unfortunately a couple of times the superintendent of the build missed to set up the walkthroughs during construction. We did do one walkthrough prior to the flooring being installed. Beautiful home! As with all new builds a lot of little details that needed attention but builder is addressing all of them graciously.

Great options at reasonable prices

Jenee was excellent during the entire process. Richard and Sal were very responsive and helpful. The design center had some hiccups with some of the things we picked but so far we have been accommodated.

It was a very long process. From being pre-approved in early August until receiving our home in late March. Understandably with the pandemic going on the KB team in Santa Paula had a very tough job breaking bad news after bad news. From time lines being pushed back, to our entire 1st floor windows and slider being smashed in. But, we kept our hopes up and trusted Christian (at the Santa Paula location). He told us everything was going to be taken care of and done the right way. Now we are very happy in beautiful house, so I thank you and your team.

Overall Good experience. I would like to have better model displays in Design Studio.
