We bought our home virtually from NYC. The representatives from KB supported us through the process better than we could have imagined. Our sales manager, Andy is fantastic! He kept us abreast from beginning to end. Marissa from the Design Studio was so patient with our virtual meeting. Hector and Wilfred our Construction Managers were very responsive. Hector replies to all our calls. We cannot say enough about Ashley from the Warranty Office. She has responded to our punch list of open items post closing (which were not many) and by this week the majority of them should be closed. This purchase was my very first home purchase. I've tried in the past to buy a home and it didn't work out, I unfortunitely had a not so great experience with other leadership, they made me feel as if my small deposit and fair credit I could never be a homeowner. This made me very dicouraged. Years went by before I tried again and I'm glad I did. KB Homes made me feel Hopefully again and they did everything in their power for my dreams to be a homeowner true. They were consistant and always communicated with me about everything. They even helped me get into a program to build my credit so I can get a better deal on my home. We have moved many times over several decades and this is our 4th newly built home. Best experience of all. Great quality for the price. KB staff was great to work with through sales, loan process, design, construction, and post sale warranty. Our construction manager, Hector, was especially responsive to our requests. Minor issues pointed out during the and after the construction process were promptly addressed. I recommend that people looking for a quality home at a reasonable price consider KB.

Sales, design, and construction experience was simple and efficient. Follow up after closing was excellent. No complaints.
