No question ever felt too small, and he consistently made himself available, which meant a lot. The process from start to finish always had consistent communication throughout each stage of the process. This includes receiving weekly updates and sometimes multiple updates throughout the week. From the initial discussion all throughout the final steps, the different teams were always in contact to ensure visibility and transparency are at the forefront.

The overall process was a smooth and seamless experience. Beginning with the day I walked through the door to inquire about a new home till the signing on closing day, everyone was an expertise at their craft. Upon closing, follow up with construction staff, etc has been amazing to address a few minor issues immediately and correctly. Very please with my choice of my KB home.

Houses are very big very good designs interior and exterior very good materials and finishes definitely will buy again
