Great experience with KB Home from start to finish. The process was smooth, well organized, and communication was clear throughout. The team was professional, responsive, and attentive to details, which made building our new home stress-free. We are very happy with the quality of the home and the overall experience, and we would definitely recommend KB Home to others.

I have had the best experience with KB Homes. From our sales agent Ingrid to the building manager Dave and everyone in between. They’re caring, thoughtful, extremely helpful, and go above and beyond. I love my new home. It’s beautiful, the craftsmanship is great, and KB has more than delivered on every single aspect. I had my home built while living across the country, which sounds like it could be stressful, but with this team I never stressed, I was constantly well informed.

I have to give KB an awesome review from the time we moved in everyone was very attentive to the things that needed to be done. Whatever it was. They were always there to help especially Chris that man is amazing he went above and beyond helping my husband and I on everything we needed. He even helped me when UPS decided to drop my husband‘s present, which was so heavy! I could not even lift it dropped it off at the wrong door down the street. He rushed over to help me, lifted it into his truck, rushed it over to my garage and put it in my garage and rushed away because he had to go to a meeting. That man is awesome and I see him all the time here trying to do whatever he can to make people feel comfortable thanks Chris and everyone else that has helped us. Everything was great from start to finish. The Project Manager was on top of everything every week. If there was something wrong I pointed out was fixed. The financial division was very helpful in all ways.

From the beginning to the closing we had nothing but a great experience. Our sales rep Ingrid was professional, kind and listened to our every need. The construction managers were just as professional and wonderful. This was our first new build and we are so pleased. Thank you KB Homes

Chris- Building supervisor, Ingrid- sales, and Dave Building Super, these three are very professional and efficient. They were always checking in on us to make sure our home buying experience was the way we wanted it to be. They sent us pictures of the whole process from start to finish. They made sure we were happy with our home before we closed.

I honestly do not know where to start! From the moment I decided to make this move from the West Coast to the East Coast having purchased a home in the past of the same company, I could not resist. I have had such great moments and was very satisfied with my home I purchased from KB in the past. With every phone call that I’ve made, and every request I have put in, everybody worked as a team to put it all together for me to have a smooth transition from West to East and to knock out those little items that needed attention.. I wouldn’t blame KB Homes for some of the issues we’ve had, or any of the managers doing everything we can to make sure we are satisfied. It’s more so the vendors and their workmanship needs a lot of work. Even when you make the warranty claim, they will do everything they can to explain that is how it’s suppose to be. That’s the targeted area of work needed. Overall 5 stars

Everyone at KB Home from our sales rep to the maintenance guys have been great. They are very friendly and responsive. We had a short list of minor things that needed fixing when we moved in and they got right on it. All of the workers are very friendly and helpful. Our home is beautiful and energy efficient. Haven't turned the air conditioning on yet.
