I've been very happy with my new home purchase. KB staff have all been very friendly and helpful. The few items that needed a touch up or repair, have all been taken care of quickly. When I have questions or am unsure about something, it's been quick and easy to get a response.

From sales lady to management builder to closing title company, EVERYONE I’ve spoken too has been amazing to my family and myself. First time home buyer’s and it was a smooth ride for us. Thank you again KB home team

The customization options are difficult to beat. The price is very good also. What didn't go as well is the build time. There were a lot of delays and it took way too long. Now that I moved in, it seems like other homes under construction in this community have started to get built a bit faster now, but that is my observation and I don't have any data to show this.

Buying from KB Homes has to be the best decision I’ve made this year. From the first walkthrough to the closing date, everything went smooth. Everyone who helped us were as helpful as they can be and answered all questions that I had. I’m glad my wife and I made the choice to go with Kb homes. I wouldn’t have trade it for any other home.

Truly had a great experience from picking the home, and all the way through closing. The team was very helpful especially since we started before the rate hike and closed while in the middle of it. After reading how bad things could get, we were extremely grateful that we able to get everything we set out for.

Deborah had our interests at heart and really went out of her way to make the long buying experience much less painful. She was available to answer our questions, and ensure we had, and understood, each step of the buying process. She facilitated the process and made it easier.

Great communication from the entire team, especially Bobby the superintendent who would always clearly and promptly inform us of the progress and potential delays. There was a ton of honesty in the process which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Now our young family has our dream home!
