Great care and thought really on top of things

My experience was very good, and staffs are very accommodating. Communication was perfect, especially the loan department- those guys are good. Aven after we moved into the house, they still call us to know how wea re doing in case we have any concern. Honestly, I am impressed.

Overall, KB homes are affordable and give more than what was expected, the finish of the home is great!! Really enjoying the home, the more you live in it you feel it,

I cannot begin to tell you what a pleasure it was building with KB homes. From start to finish we were always kept apprised weekly of what was being done and the progress which was made. They sent pictures and the lines of communication were always open. Marshall our salesperson along with Gavin and Kaisee our site superintendents, as well as Curtis in the design center made our home a beautiful reality! Professional, caring, and always available, each and everyone went above and beyond. We can’t thank them enough. KB Homes is one of the best!

We were able to watch the progress of our home being built from dirt to to move in! We felt welcome to visit on Sundays (so as not to get in the way of the workers). We were emailed progress reports with pictures and updates about the next work to be done. We have been in our home now for two and a half months and have had minimal issues. But, when we have come across any problem, it was corrected very quickly. Highly recommended!

I had some follow up items after the initial hand over which is typical with a new home build. Doug, the construction supervisor and Martin Coday have been superb. They have been very receptive and have taken care of all of the outstanding items. I really appreciate them going above and beyond.

Great customer service and professional support

Buying a home in Los Angeles is no easy job. KB Homes laid down the process in easy steps. Just follow the process if you like the house and want to really buy it. They will help you along the way. Customer service is top notch and they take care of you post closing as well.

Both Luis and Joseph have been very responsive to issues, they return calls & text immediately and are quick to resolve them. Very happy with their support throughout the whole process.

It was a very good experience to buy home with KB. In spite of Covid the delay was minimal. So far happy with service to handle problems.

Our home took about a year to build, but not to the fault of KB Homes, the pandemic, supply issues played a big part in the delay. But the KB team of Bob (Sales) and Brandon (Superintendent) kept in touch with us the whole way through. Bob stayed on top of everything, making sure we where informed on the process of the build for the whole year, and worked tirelessly, get get us into the community especially in a very high buying market. Brandon was superb, in making sure our house was to our liking and worked day and night to make our house a home. He addresed all deficiencies we noticed, and fixed them in a timely manner, Brandon still works hard even now.
